Masters' 132 Great Ideas 4 Kentucky!!!

Masters' 132 Great Ideas for Kentucky Tomorrow Masters' Great Idea #1: Hire 3 Chiefs, Create 3 Jobs on Day 1. A Lieutenant Governor in Kentucky makes $117,000 per year. I would take $30,000 as my salary, and the rest of the salary—$87,000—would be used to hire 3 new Chiefs at $29,000/year a piece for these 3 major initiatives: 1) Citizen's Complaint Authority Chief (which covers Great Ideas #2 - 12); 2) War on Poverty Chief (#13), and; 3) Kentucky's Silicone Valley Website Chief (#26). #2: Institute Citizen's Complaint Authority Board. All public officials should have an open door for folks to investigate all serious complaints. The Citizen Compliant Authority Board will be ran out of the Lieutenant Governor's office. #3: Prosecute the murderers of Samantha Ramsey, Jesse Gibbons, and Leon Brackens. #4: Body Cameras Mandatory on All Officers. Let the videotape vindicate good officers doing their jobs. #5: Amnesty by pardon of  Deric Lostutter

Post-Judgment Interrogatories, ie Dean Dresel case

For a small claims district court case, I sent "post-judgment interrogatories" to Dean Dresel, a man who kept my $300 deposit knowing full well that I deserved to have it back. Dean Dresel is a thief. $300 deposit (+12% interest from June 23, 2015, the day of judgment) + $81 fees + $3.77 postage = $384.77 I sent this out after 2pm before 4pm from Bronston, Kentucky's post office to Muldraugh, Kentucky's post office on April 20, 2016. The Certified Mail # is 70150640000593792279. These documents are expected to get to Dean this Friday, April 22, 2016, which gives him until May 22, 2016 to respond in time. I'll call him later on this and see if his position of defying Meade County District Judge Kenneth Harold Goff II's order remains the same or not. Dean Dresel is defying Kenneth Harold Goff, II's orders. First I send some questions. In 30 days, once he doesn't answer these questions, I petition the court for a redress
