About Gallatin County, Kentucky (2015)

Uh oh... the sharks smell blood... these people have killed a political revolutionary once before... a local homegrown Saint, for trying to save his cousin at Saint Luke Hospital... he was deemed a felon, 4 times over, for listening to the cries of a turncoat woman. I'm not sure if even Marco was charged with 4 felonies...

What Ronnie Lee Smith did wasn't a crime. What he did... was out of love, and love... my god, we need so love in this loveless society. Our dog-eat-dog capitalistic society, our fascist war-mongering rapist culture society, needs a heavy dose of Ronnie Lee Smith love in it.

Remember how he used to tell us jokes? What a criminal! What an animal!

On Topix.com, there was an anonymous piece of shit ...

Even members of Ronnie's own family, his wombmate, or all people, added to the shitstorm online, and then some weird fuck'n anonymous asshole with the hard-on from hell harassed Ronnie day in and day out... my god... that fuck'n asshole... he or she thought they were doing God's work... why did they think that?

Well... just read the comments. How vicious... how cruel... and done by anonymous losers... who in the fuck gives a fuck about what an anonymous dickhole types? Maybe they're telling the truth, being a whistleblower... but mostly, they're probably some asshole just being an asshole... and that's the narrative of folks you read and believe? That's who you are as people?

Ironically, that anonymous piece of shit called himself “The Man”... lol. That mf'er has never been a man in his life, and probably only hated Ronnie Lee Smith because he was free, his own person, and spoke the Truth about many subjects. Ronnie actually reached out to the people... lol. He was inflicted with the Gatewood syndrome. He told the Kentucky the truth, and that's the most foolish thing a politician can do: tell the truth.

It's almost like Ronnie didn't understand politics. You're supposed to scoff at all the Gatewoods in Kentucky, scoff and laugh, and never take them serious, so then some random rich fuck'n stranger, who buys a few ads on TV, can take the gauntlet, and power of the entire State of Kentucky.

Weird how both Jeffrey Dahmer, my personal Topix terrorizer, and the Warnicks repeated the same lies of Joe Gerth, a piece of shit corporate whore, just like themselves.

The actual crime that Ronnie Lee Smith committed... was his stance on the legalization of Cannabis... of which... he was right about! These views are also shared with Rand Paul and Sarah Palin, darlings of the Republican establishment.

Ronnie Lee Smith was killed because of the politics. The same Judges who sent Marco off to die, also thought Ronnie Lee Smith was a FELON... 4 times over. That's so fucked up... you have no idea how unbelievably fucked up that is.

I wrote a wikipedia article about Ronnie Lee Smith, the first libertarian candidate for Sheriff in the state of Kentucky, that got rejected (along with the shooting of Samantha Ramsey in Boone County, a clear-cut outright murder if there's ever been one).

Unfortunately the real life examples of Louis Gatewood Galbraith and Ronnie Lee Smith turned out to be cautionary tales, potholes in the middle of the road to avoid...

Gatewood taught me that if you speak to Kentucky honestly, they'll hate you. Kentucky votes for fakes, for bullshitters, for outsider carperbaggers, and against their own people and their interests. Alabama Mitch is the greatest Kentucky politician whose ever graced these lands... that's what the face of Kentucky looks like. That's who you people are? Really? Fake... criminal... hates everybody... does nothing good for anybody... doesn't defend record, just insults others... that's it? That's who you fucktards are? There's no insides left in you, is there? Just a hollowed out empty husk of something that once resembled a human being.

What Ronnie Lee Smith's life teaches me... be very wary of your own kin.

So the Warnicks added their two cents on top of Joe Gerth's article. That fk'n lowlife piece of shit. My god...

So the Warnicks mention that in 2009, when I got convicted of "Harassment Communications" that it was over an argument about my name. Well, no, that's not it. It was because I actually confronted Kevin about something I felt was important to me, for the first time. The first time I actually... well, I take that back. When I was 10 years old or so, I tried to speak up. I'm crying, blubbering all over myself, he's mocking me, my mother and two eldest sisters are just staring at me, pretending like they have no idea what's going on.

We could start at 2009, but why start there?

Let's look at 2007.

Or maybe, let's look at the first 17 years... those years are important too.

Let's say I smacked Kelley and Clay Warnick's head because they said something I didn't like. Or yelled at Clay because he wasn't picking beans fast enough, and made him start pissing all over himself. Oh, here's a fun one. Let's have Kelley get his armed twisted by his aunt, and then have his parents confront him, with the aunt, about how he got mad and said "Sorry doesn't help." Who gives a fuck that the fat piece of shit twisted your arm? You shouldn't have said anything that made her feel bad. That's the crime of the century. These fuck'n wicked psychopaths, I swear to god.

A perfect record, until Kevin and Spike came along. That was their main point. To fuck up my life. And it's done well.

But if you want to look at my "criminal record", let's look at 2007.

In 2007, Kevin and Spike thought it would be a laugh riot to file false charges on me. Who cares if it's true or not? Let's just fuck his life over.

Lucy said that she enjoyed hitting Kurt. She said it got out her aggression. She would hit Kurt, felt no remorse for it, and, like a psychopath, actually enjoyed it. Growing up thinking she was the "good one", this alarmed me. So I called Child Services. My eldest sister and I got into an argument over it, and so I moved from Naples, Florida, where I made the phone call, to Cincinnati, sleeping in the attic of Chrissy Hensley. It was hot, dog hair was everywhere. I was poor, had a piece of crap car, and was working minimum wage as a cook on Drew's on the River. Well, that Sheriff showing up to our door about got me kicked out of her house. Who gives a fuck that it was total bullshit?

You know what Kevin and Spike charged me with? Filing a false report. Who gives a shit that it was actually THEM filing a false report? Who gives a fuck that neither ever apologized for it? Who gives a fuck that my two eldest sisters were there? Like psychopaths wanting to watch a Jerry Springer show, it was actually a FUN time for them! It always was. It was fun for them in 2007, 2009, 2012, and it'll be a hoot of a time in 2015, since Kevin's already bragged to Lucy that he's going to put the charges on me for the rest of my life.

We could start in 2007... 1982 was when I was born to the raving lunatic, and my guess, is that he's jealous of Lucy's seeming undying love for me. He had to earn it, and I was just born into it. Plus he's insecure... I felt the same way about a cat of one of my live-in girlfriend's in year's past. I can relate. When you have only one person who loves you, and then that person shows so much pleasure and love for another... whether it's a cat, a baby, a mother, a neighbor, another male... it stings. It makes you feel like the mark, and alone. But a secure man shouldn't have a problem.

2007. Because I called Child Services from Naples, Florida, on Lucy, Spike and Kevin filed charges on me, saying I filed a false report on Kevin... when I did no such thing. Child Services must have interviewed them all, and figured that is what I did. I didn't do it, but who gives a fuck about the truth? Who cares if justice prevails or not?

I had been living here and there for 7 years at the time, 25 different addresses, and I was struggling... let's file charges against the fucker, and fuck his world up. Kevin pretended to care, I let the charges go, because I was prepared to take it to trial, but afterwards, Kevin brags, "You caved pretty quickly, didn't you?" Well, Chrissy acted like me being charged with false charges could have ruined my living situation. I didn't have the time or money to drive an hour away to deal with bullshit. I conceded... not my point of view, but to let the charges against me be dropped. I should have filed criminal charges right then and there. Or let the "system" run it's course.

I swear to God... every fuck'n person in my life has been so fuck'n shitty to me.

That was 2007. Kelley and Clay Warnick didn't start with that case, did they? Nope. Of course not. That breaks their worldview, and hell, Kevin may pay for an ad or two. Don't want to break into their profit margins for the truth.

And let's talk about 2009, since that's important too. In 2007, I was the perfect victim. I should have nailed all of their asses to the wall. But instead, it set me against everybody I had ever grown up with. Spike was against me now, since I had the public pretender tell him to recuse himself, since his kids played with their kids. So when I said the same thing in 2009, he said he'd fight me on that. Great Spike, you lowlife mf'er. Fuck you.

In 2009, Kevin tried to murder me. Linda Bramlage didn't give a fuck. Elizabeth Chandler didn't give a fuck. Spike didn't... Michael Collins... Andrew Green... the jailers... everybody had their two fuck'n cents, but who knew the truth? Who cared for the truth? Justice... when? Where?

In 2009, Kevin tried to smash my face in with a golf club. He attacked me first, just like he attacked me 5,000 times before. While Lucy and my two eldest sisters just watched and laughed. That's all they ever did. My god... I couldn't imagine.

Let's say Kevin connected. Let's say Kevin smashed my face in, and I"m dead. Does Jason Jones and that other cop take my dead carcass to jail? Do I still get charges put on me? It would be like when a cop murders a suspect, and then puts handcuffs on them afterwards. Attempted murder isn't a crime? Hmmm...

I remember finding some kittens underneath the house, and immediately, my mother said they must stay out of the house. Then they died. Probably killed by the dogs. Or maybe, the heat. One kitten, "Carrot", I tried to nurse back to health. I kept at it for 3 days, with very little progress. Man...  mf'ers don't give a fuck about a man, but a kitten... maybe mf'ers can begin to understand. I found it all lumped in a ball, just outside the porch. I didn't try to murder it with a golf club. I'm still torn up about it. But that's the major difference between me and these raving lunatics. I feel bad. Had I smashed it's face in with a golf club, I'd probably go to jail for animal abuse, for a long time. But if that was my son... and my wife and daughters acted the way my mother and sisters behaved... well, then my wife and daughters would all kiss my ass, and do all they can do to protect me from society thinking that I'm an abusive person. They'd testify against the kitten, saying that I was just trying to train it to have manners. They'd say it was right and just and proper. Sure, I swung a golf club at it, in anger, with malice intent, as I had attacked it 5,000 times before, while they all watched and laughed... but, who cares? It's not like there's any sense of morality or justice here. The crime isn't violence... the crime is saying something bad about Daddy, and we all need to protect that horrible violent legacy until the day we die, even if that means fuck'n over all of the good people in the process.

Stupid mf'ers. God I am sickened by how these people operate.

But my "family"... they didn't give two shits. They got over it real quick. And now I have something on my record... this is to make sure I never get a job ever again. To make sure I never succeed. That's the point.

After Kevin tried to murder me in 2009, Gallatin County Police sent me to jail. Then they put criminal charges on me, and a restraining order. I had to serve time. I was the one attacked. And just typing about this, I may get in trouble again. I'm typing about what happened... is the pain not theirs to keep? I have a right to never see these mf'ers ever again, for the rest of my life, but if the Judges gets it wrong, now I have to run out of a public place if he walks in? Well, goddamn. The abusers win, over and over again. He's bragged that he's going to put the restraining order on me for the rest of my life. So I have to constantly wonder, when is it going to happen, the next attack just looming over me, so my mother and sisters will all gather around, waiting to fuck me over, yet one more time, and I will have to be in the same room with those fk'n violently psycho pricks again, with another Judge who doesn't give a fuck'n shit about the truth.

While I agree with the laws restricting domestic violence, if we as a society protect the abusers, and put the charges on the women and children that the laws are supposed to protect, then we're fucking the victim's lives over. Permanently. That shit stays on one's record, until they're dead. Or until they get some cash to get it expunged... IF, there's ever any breathing space. And it fucked up my perfect record. To be a teacher, one will ask... how come you have a restraining order on your record? Well... if you'll listen... NO! I will not. Well then. Fuck you!!!

Just like in 2007, these mf'n psychopaths were ready to lie under oath to send me to prison. In 2009, my eldest sisters were yelling at the Judge to send me to jail for 5 years. In 2007, Spike was willing to file charges against me, in order to protect a violent psychopathic piece of shit's reputation... he wanted to ruin my life just to protect a wicked person's reputation. What about my reputation? What about Spike actually being the one who filed the false charges? He's the one who should be seeing jail time. He's the very one who has committed the very crime they accused me of committing, and yet, the Warnicks never published anything about that. They got away with those crimes, just like they got away with 5,000 assaults. I made youtube videos, typed up blogs about the situation. Not to hurt them, but just to let folks know what was up. Here's the situation I've had to deal with since I was born. But everybody is going to pretend like this violent bullshit didn't happen? Wtf?

Or worse... they actively defend it. Including those who were victims of his abuse. Stockholm Syndrome is a mf'er.

I am very sad about Carrot the kitten who died. I have a conscience. And when one thinks about the worst evils in the world... stealing, violence, rape, murder... murder is the absolute worst one of them all. And Kevin tried to murder me. He swung a golf club at my head as hard as he could, with the intent to smash my face in. An iron. That would have killed me, or deformed me beyond redemption. And these pieces of shit tried to cover his ass, even if that meant taking my life away. Spike had assembled a jury in the other room, ready to fuck my life over. He wanted to show me how powerful he was. He was mad that I asked him to recuse himself in 2007... when Kevin tricked me in mediation, Jane Lynn Brown said, "I'm happy that you two are working this out." What the fuck are you talking about? You mean instead of just throwing my life away over bullshit charges?

And violence... so if the Warnicks were smacked over 5,000 times, and finally stood up for themselves, they'd say they were in the wrong?

Does anybody give a fuck about the truth? There's a video of my 2009 rite of passage online. Google "Golf Club Incident", and you get to hear me coming into manhood. It wasn't pretty, but it was authentic and real. I stood up to the savage that humiliated me, and smacked me around my entire life. He even shouted, "You finally did it. You hit me. Good job." That was never my point. But who cares?

So the Warnicks would be good reporters if they would start with the 2007 charges. If they wanted to tell the truth. But they didn't. Just like haters, they added fuel to this fire, for no fucking reason whatsoever. One of the main reasons I didn't take the 2007 or 2009 charges to trial was because I didn't have faith in others. Gamble with my life, when I may get up there, not speak loud and confident, and lose just based on that notion alone. It wasn't until 2013 or so that I finally came across Paulo Freire, and figured it all out. Then I had an operating philosophy that made sense to me. Gallatin Schools... my parents... they made me weak, and obedient. There was no plan for me after graduation. I remember throwing all of my stuff into my truck the day before I moved into the dormitories at Xavier University. After I moved, then I didn't have a place to live at during the Summer. All of the other college students did. They just moved back with their parents. Easy peasy. Yeah, well, I didn't have decent parents. Once I got out, I did all I could, to make sure I never went back, ever, again. And I was successful at that. For 10 years, at least.

When I think about the first 18 years of my life... it's a blur. It's one slow terrorizing blur. I don't like to think about it. So many times violence exploded... so many times over nonsense non-reasons... just because he was annoyed about something... didn't like his life, his place in the world, and he took it out on the only folks who loved him, but weren't strong enough to protect and defend themselves.

In fact, my mother says somebody had observed me as a child, and said, “That boy is too good. Somethings not right.”

When I worked at Tina's BBQ by Markland Dam, Clay Warnick would come in and get something to eat. So did other folks. When I was obedient, and making them sandwiches, they loved it. When I was being bullied here and there, and everywhere, since I wasn't making a sound, or a noise, that was perfect. Insecure men absolutely hate agency in anybody. Especially fascist assholes. Man... I hate fascist assholes. And there's so many of them! It's almost like... fascist assholery... is the norm! The Hitleresque status quo.

I always remembered respecting the Warnicks, and like many of the older people in Gallatin County, I looked up to them, and admired them. All of those laps I ran for fat Jon Jones. I remember telling Jon Jones about the lessons I actually learned from him. He didn't care. It didn't matter to him if we actually learned anything or not. For teachers, 100% compliance is the name of the game.

But I see now that it's all for naught.

I remember somebody telling me that Clay said the Gallatin County News was too supportive of the Democratic Party.

Very few folks from Gallatin County know me. If you judge me as I was when I as a child, then you have seen nothing but the reaction of me having to cope with daily violent oppression, and that's it. In fact, I've never known a time when America wasn't violent against me and my body. And I also hear many folks grew up with folks who loved them, who wanted to make them strong, so they'd do well in a cruel, harsh, cold world. Society will beat you down if you let it. It's like... fascist assholes have no heart, and to fill that void where their souls should be, instead, they inflict pain on others. They're sadistic... they only way they feel human is to hurt others.

I don't understand this. I'm not like this.

Jean Jacques Rousseau said that the first, and only rule, for raising children, is to teach them, to do no harm to others. That's it. Then it's freedom from there on out. But the adults aren't even doing that. Adults in America can't even obey the first rule that Rousseau FORCED his Emile to listen to: do no harm to others. None. Do whatever you want, just don't do harm to others.

There's good and there's bad, and I choose good, but if I don't have the time or power to help, at the very least... I don't hurt others. Not for sport. Not for fun. Not for a laugh. Not for my own sadistic pleasures. I just don't do that. You're supposed to do to others as you'd want them to do unto you, right?

So if you think you know me from my childhood... you don't. You really don't. I'd characterize my entire childhood was one huge cry for help. 18 years of a horrible violent nightmare, which I'd love to leave behind me, and get a job, and just live my life. I'd love to do that. But these mf'ers won't let me.

And there's 8 to 9,000 folks in Gallatin County. This definitely isn't an attack on the good citizens. I don't know most of you all... I was too busy cutting tobacco for my oppressor, and doing his dishes, always having to look over my shoulder, waiting for the violent ritual to begin again, to notice there were others. But if a passerby comes through Warsaw, and the police there harass him, and berate him, and he's so outraged, he vows to fight back... those folks represent all of Gallatin County. They told us that shit in school. “Now be on your best behavior, since you're representing our school.”... meaning be lethargic, and remain a drooling zombie... just be a brick in the wall. It's all they think of you anyways. If you aren't at the dinner table, then you're probably on the menu.

And the main way evil wins is when the “good” people do nothing. Apathy in a democracy is the stake in our free way of life's heart.

Then after Gallatin County, I went on a fucked up journey... going to several colleges, having many jobs, many addresses, moving from friend to friend's house, and sleeping on family's couches... over 50 jobs, and 25 addresses... and I couldn't make it by myself. I did my damnedest to not go back to the hellhole, that House of Pain in Ghent. Hell, the neighbors all knew what was going on, and they didn't think nothing about what happened on 9-9-9. Some of them even said he deserved it. But that was my rite of passage, the day I became a man. To confront the people who have fucked with you your entire life... that takes courage. That takes strength...

Frederick Douglass says that one can only feel pity for so long … until they show some power for themselves.

Frederick Douglass also pointed out that the level of submission one succumbs to is the same level of injustice that will be perpetuated upon you.

How many tragedies have the Warnicks profited off of, very handsomely?

There were the 3 teen suicides of 1999. Chris Kinman, Mia Knotts, and John Booth.

There's car wrecks, and shootings happening all of the time.

Just recently, Upton... killed his wife, and then had a heart attack afterwards. That's the mentality of an oppressor... he basically thought... if I can't own you, then NOBODY can own you!

But it was bloodshed... great news story. Put that sensational story on the front page, and watch how many copies are sold... that's great for the advertisers! The more blood, the more money the Warnicks make. Talk about a monopoly.

I remember applying to work for them, like 10 years ago. Clay called the piece I wrote, your “Kentucky is Good” article... but it wasn't good enough. I talked with Clay about Hunter S. Thompson. He really liked “The Great Shark Hunt”. He said he thought about me when Hunter blew his brains out.

Liebig committed suicide. Barlow committed suicide. That one young man... for a domestic violence dispute, that “suicide by a cop”... Eric Stahl, he basically committed a type of suicide. Perhaps Gary Burdine too, but we'll never actually know how that turned out.

The Warnicks made a ton of money off of Marco Chapman. They put his picture in the paper for weeks. They did this to many folks that I know. Unfortunately accidents that took people's lives... our justice system is a mess anyways, and by having the paper barking...

It's a no-win situation.

And what a racket. They quote “public officials”, don't put their names on the articles, don't say who arrested who on page 3... it's like these people just arrested themselves, and they're guilty unless they prove themselves innocent... and how can one “prove” their innocence? It's virtually impossible... have an alibi, but that's also what criminals do. Make up stories.

If I filed a lawsuit against another person, they would have a right to counter sue me. But if a cop accuses you of a crime, and you have a County Attorney that believes he's there to defend the cops, then the cops can do whatever they feel like... as long as their behavior doesn't abhor the other grunts for the State.

But Samantha Ramsey's death doesn't abhor you? That's something they can tolerate? Do they have any sense of morality... or is everybody just doing whatever they feel like, as long as they can get away with it? That's anarchy. That's an insane society.

Tabloids...

Homeless veterans being shot and murdered... Gallatin County doesn't have a homeless program for folks who are temporarily destitute, but they do have plenty of silver bullets to put right into the homeless's chest.

United We Stand, and Divided We Fall. What they do to one of us, they can do to us all.

There are unsolved murders... don't wear a seat belt, and you'll be in court... but hide in the shadows, like Cowboy Hopkins' murderer, or the man who murdered that Sheriff 70 years ago... and nothing? Real criminals go scot free, and folks who just forgot to put on a seat belt are handed down punitive measures upon their permanent records.

Then some kids breaking into the Catholic Church is a crime, but the pedophiles of that organization got away with their crimes for quite some time. I had an uncle who got smacked in the face by his own mothers when he told her that he was molested by a priest.

Plus... the right-wing Catholic Church murdered folks for 1,000s of years in Europe. That's who the Protestant Puritans were trying to get away from. The Church.

I mean... what a racket! A rogue cop starts a fight with a peaceful homeowner in Gallatin County, then the homeowner defends himself... now he's in jail looking at 5 years of incarceration. Then the Warnicks reprint whatever allegations this corrupt rogue criminal cop typed up in the computer... when we haven't heard from the Gallatin County homeowner victim!

What a racket! Then the political leadership designates these people as felons, and then they are stripped of their teeny tiny bit of power, their right to vote.... once their vote is stripped away, they can't vote for the politician's opposition, now can they? That's perfect!

Ronnie Lee Smith wasn't a criminal. Ronnie Lee Smith pointed out an upside down criminal society... Cannabis is a Schedule 1 narcotic? A fk'n narcotic? Are you fk'n kidding me? Go fuck yourselves... the Ronnie Lee Smith issue is how all of the youth of Gallatin County should realize that the old are washed up curmudgeons, who are more interested in power and control, domination and manipulation, than telling them the truth, than strengthening them, and helping them to find good jobs so they can have good lives. Racist child abusers don't really give a fuck if you do well or not... in fact, they'll attempt to disqualify your life just so you WON'T succeed, because their egos just can't handle it. Plus, they got good jobs, and don't want to give up their good jobs. Not for you swine. Not for you working class maggots. For the corporations, and wealthy, who pay for advertisements... what is the product being sold by the Gallatin County News? It's not news and information that'll enhance your life and understanding of that county... it's you. You're the one for sale. Gallatin's archaic and dying weekly newspaper generates more revenue from advertisers than subscriptions. That's why they sell their lies for 50 cents a copy. That's not where the money comes from. It's the corporations and wealthy who buy ads... every week from them, and keep them afloat... of course they can't point out the corruption from their corporate paymasters... that's biting the hand that feeds you. No no no... that's not the Warnick's business. Their business is to brag to their corporate paymasters, like the sellout unethical borderline criminals they are, about how big their audience is... “We sell our newspaper to 300 people! Buy ads from us... we're very powerful and influential and can get your crap goods and services sold to the stupid general public, the same stupid general public we arrest on bogus charges... not because they're bad people. But because they're poor, and don't know any better, and can't afford a lawyer.”

I kind of admire those folks who have been through the court system so much, that 10 days in jail ain't shit for them. I actually care about my reputation, but to get to a point where you just don't give a fuck... okay... you want to put me in jail for 10 days... then do it mf'ers. You aren't breaking their spirits. They still own their souls. You haven't broke them... which is the point, really... isn't it... of a society who wants to break their spirits of their own children, to “domesticate them” like the docile cattle they are, to sit in the Gallatin County courthouse, ie slaughterhouse. “Line the poor stupid fucks up, and get them to all admit guilt... who gives a fuck if it's true or not. We're right just by the virtue of our power.” These are the same stupid evil fucks who don't blink an eye to Hitler's 10 million slain... the same ones who didn't blink an eye to the 1 million Iraqis slain... Stalin said kill a man, that's a crime, but kill millions, that's a statistic. To defend Hitler's intelligence over his wickedness is to miss the point of how close the entire world was nearly conquered by some rogue nation-state bent on world domination... and for racist reasons... because “Germans were the best race of people on Earth”... and because “Jews were responsible for all the world's troubles in the world”... because “we can”.

xxXxx

These criminal oppressor molesters put charges on you, and put you through the car wash, over true or not true allegations, they also refuse to put charges on each other, even if they murdered a 19 year old young professional woman in cold blood. For you, don't wear a seat belt, they will steal your money... $25 fine, and then $200 in court costs.... and if you don't show up for court, they'll put a bench warrant on you, and get your ass thrown in jail... That's justice? That's fair? That's how things work?

These mf'ers don't care if problems are resolved. They want to designate somebody the “bad guy”, and then fuck them over, royally. They don't see them stealing $225 dollars for a seat belt ticket as stealing, but think that not wearing a seat belt is a moral outrage that must be attacked vigorously.

Give me a society that doesn't steal people's money, and who are allowed to go without seat belts... We have a right to not protect ourselves... you're mad about how much our dead bodies cost to clean up off the road... well, you just told on yourselves, now didn't you? It's not that seat belts should be wore because they protect us and our lives... but it's so they don't have to work too hard once your head explodes against a tree.

Gallatin County would do better educating their children at the courthouse, or the Board of Education, or the Superintendent or Principal's office, since that's where the decisions are being made. Or maybe it's at the golf course. That's usually where fat cat Capitalists collaborate and collude in order to fuck over the world.

What do I want? I want to be left alone. I didn't make it in Gallatin County. I once cared for that regional piece of dirt in Kentucky, but now... I just care for it's humanity in general, but there's nothing there for me. Since Gallatin County tried to murder me, I have a right to never see Gallatin County again. But hell... it wasn't just in 2009 that you tried to murder me... my humanity was crushed for the first 18 years, and that was accepted by everybody... just a stiff zombie, going through the motions... falling asleep with my head pressed up against the back of the bus seats, going from class to class, doing whatever anybody told me to do, and then, trying to be “cool” by cracking jokes.

So the Warnicks saw an oppressed version of me, and they liked it. The same reason they attack me will be the same reason they attack you. They hate seeing the children of Gallatin County growing up and doing well. They especially don't want you to get into the media market. There's only so much ad-revenue dollars out there, and that means, you're possible competition for them. 5,000 attacks upon my body didn't warrant a single murmur from them... just as corruption in the Warsaw police department didn't generate a single word, and just like how the Coal Sludge Pond on Montgomery Road didn't generate a single word... until months later.

In 2010, I should have been awarded citizen of the year award, if Gallatin did such honors for others, or if the paper was objective. But they were threatened by me. I was encroaching in their territory and space. Heck, the best way to make room for the youth, who are going to need jobs to work at, is to get rid of the old. Get rid of the establishment. Once the establishment is gone, that opens to doors to many new legislators, teachers, Principals, administrators, and media folks, and others. That creates plenty of jobs. Since Community Action wants to treat folks like crap, and Gallatin County insists on making the Carroll County jail wealthy beyond their wildest dreams... for torturing Gallatin citizens. They don't care about you, and you shouldn't be fooled by their lying bullshit and wicked ways.

The way Hargis ran the Fair Board was amazing. He posted all of the videotaped meetings online, so if there were any questions about anything talked about, it was there for the public to see. Most folks didn't watch the videos, but just having them there made me feel more comfortable about the decisions being made.

Of course the police should have body cameras on them. If they are good people who did God's work of cleaning of the bad, then the video camera would vindicate them. If they are bad people, then it would condemn them.

Who is there to hold the politicians accountable now?

Also notice how many folks who are arrested are the poor... the ones who can't afford a lawyer, and have no chance of getting a fair hearing in a courtroom with a Judge who is best friends with the rogue militia in blue. They aren't going to go against their best friends. Nepotism is everywhere.

The weekly newspaper, which is a dying industry... the Internet can get information out to the public immediately, instead of having to wait until Wednesday just to see what a couple of assholes said “happened” in that county. Of course bloodshed happened. That'll definitely be printed up.

The weekly newspaper is controlled by the corporations, and if a police officer says that you committed a crime... then you did. They'll defend each other to the hilt, and then it's just you versus the Force. You can't file any counter claims, or file charges on their assaults... their violence... their criminality... like how Clarence Davis did.

When Boone County cops tried to arrest and charge Clarence Davis with a crime, Clarence threw assault and battery charges on them. Eventually, the cases were settled out of court. Smart thinking by Clarence.

Instead, you have to plea bargain, or get a jury trial organized... this fascist culture has got to quit. A jury trial... the County Attorney's mob... and don't ever expect a murderer who dons a badge to be punished... County Attorneys have virtually complete control over a Grand Jury... when they shouldn't have any influence at all. County Attorneys should present the facts to Grand Juries, and then let them figure out the case for themselves.

The Warnicks hide behind the public officials, they probably don't even understand Kentucky's Constitution, or America's federalism, and they pretend to be objective, as if they aren't there... but when they're in the room, that changes the entire dynamic of that room. Of course it does. When you have no sense of right and wrong, or any moral scruples to boot, it's not possible to be objective. They have a presence in Gallatin County, a major presence, since I've been born, just as Mitch McConnell has had a presence in all of Kentucky since I was 2 years old, and I put all the bloodshed and tragedies right at their feet. What did they do to prevent these things from happening? If a Gallatin County citizen needed a hug, could the Warnicks bring themselves to do that? Or it it just about their nut, and their nut only?

Does Clay suck Mitch's dick? A bunch of you pricks have been sucking fascist asshole dicks your entire lives. Self-defense is a crime that I must pay for, for the rest of my life, but violence against children... that's just fine and dandy? What the fuck is wrong with you fk'n people? Was it the crappy teachers? The 100% compliance principle? Did they smash any and all of your humanity out of you?

Or worse... did you all ever have a heart, or a soul?

Did they speak out against any of it? Poverty in Gallatin County can be wiped out in 5 years, if somebody was daring enough to tackle that problem. But if nobody gives a fuck... the corporations and their whores won't ever fix it. Hell, Capitalism needs to maintain a poverty class, since somebody has to sweep the floors, pass out lunches for the kids, and do the dishes. Greedy fascist immoral capitalists want everything for themselves, and nothing for anybody else. But they shouldn't be the moral compass of supposedly good people.

Gallatin County News didn't even “participate” in the worldwide 2008 recession, which about blew up the entire world, and there's still far world wide effects stemming from that. Some 3rd world counties never recovered. Magoffin is still admitting to 15% unemployment rate, with 36% poverty rate.

And aren't free school lunches... socialism? Yeah... it is. Thank the Black Panther Party for the breakfast programs in your schools. J. Edgar Hoover said that the breakfast program was one of the biggest threats to the United States... and of course his opinion we'll print... he's a public official. He was the head of the FBI... terrorizing Presidents for decades.

I have yet to hear what it was that Royce Adams did for Gallatin County. Does anybody know? Yall kept re-electing him for 20 years... surely he must have done something. Well, Mitch didn't do shit, except horrible shit, for the last 30 years while in the Senate, and that didn't stop Kentucky from putting him right back into the same seat he's had for decades.

Ol Alabama Mitch. And he was caught on tape admitting to screwing over the good people. Plus there's the Taiwanese cocaine ships.

Who now makes sure the government officials are held to account to the public? Who is telling you what they are doing, and what they are up to? Anybody?

There's a reason why the turnout rate is 20% (13% in May 2015) for Kentucky primaries. Some, it's the culture of ignorance of the people. Others, it's shitty education and shitty media.

For fascists, they're right, just by virtue of their power. There is no golden rule. No justice. They're right. You're wrong. And so many of them are dumb... racist, ignorant, illiterate...

Hypocritical Puritan hos who do not understand the golden rule, and Nazis who don't understand justice.

Warsaw City Council rejected a grant proposal for $4 Million Dollars for MeadowCreek... has MeadowCreek done any better? Or has it gotten worse? I wonder that $4 Million Dollars could have helped them... and what assholes would reject something like this...

“Hey Warsaw, I want to work on a grant proposal about bringing millions of dollars into our county.”

“NO! Fuck those niggers. Bahahahaha! I love having power.”

xxx

How are you going to “not participate” in a recession? What the fuck are you stupid fucking people talking about? You're brainwashed by Fox News because you're stupid and gullible, and would proudly march with the Nazis to execute all the Jews, or potheads, they tell you to execute, without a word of defense.

xxXxx

And my 2010 State Representative run... it didn't start out serious. Basically just a way to get my personal bullshit into the newspapers... just to let Gallatin Co, or anybody who ever cared for me know, to never forget me. And the bloodthirsty Warnicks, like sharks sniffing blood in the water, attacked, just as I wanted them to do.

This time, however, they reprinted the words of lying asshole Joe Gerth, that piece of shit, turd alert... I documented 9 lies of his articles, but that didn't stop the Warnicks from trying to get folks to hate me. Suck my dick bitches... what you think about name-calling now? Fuck'n losers. Fuck'n pricks. I bet you're appalled now, eh? Fk'n hypocrites.

xxXxx

My prediction is this:

Gallatin County primaries, as general Kentucky proper will do, will garner a 20% turnout rate. 20%... that's not a democracy, and that's only those folks actually paying some attention to the politics. 80% don't know shit, don't want to know shit, and is proud of not knowing jack shit. I'm a dumbfuck who doesn't vote! Look at me!

For the few who do vote, don't think that the Warnicks will give you an unbiased account of who is running for office and who is not. They will make their own picks, and characterize them based on their own personal support for them.

They published bullshit lies about me... there's no warrant for my arrest, but I'm sure the Warnick assholes don't give a fuck if I'm harassed later on in life for their lies... and yet, when they listed the names of those who are running for office, they didn't mention mine... or any of the other Lieutenant Governor candidates... so a Lieutenant Governor's candidacy is only mentioned when it's being slurred, but when it's to describe who's who in these races, NONE of them are mentioned?

So which is it Warnicks? I'm either important enough for the media to report about... or I'm not? These mf'n hypocrites only care for the blood. Gallatin's children should beware...

Now Alabama Mitch, or Pennsylvania Rand, or New Hampshire Bevin... folks who aren't from Gallatin... those are the people the Warnicks respect.

They attack me because they attack you. And since I've been working class my entire life, and I understand the struggle... that will never be forgotten by me. I'd remain steadfast and loyal to the 99%... like Teddy Roosevelt, I'd be a trust buster. I'd go after the banks and corporations who aren't acting right. I wouldn't declare war against the 99%...

Also, Ken McFarland... the Drug War has failed. I'd even vote for Kenny French if he'd pull his head out of his ass about Cannabis.

There's less than 10,000 folks in Gallatin County... get to know each and every one of them, and genuinely care about them, and their lives. That'll improve Gallatin County. When you actually vote for a mf'er who gives a fuck. I give a damn, and that may be the best quality I possess for the public.

Cannabis is a schedule 1 narcotic? Get the fuck outta here.

3,000 of you assholes jumped up and said that Royce Adams is the greatest man for Gallatin County in the history of the world. Maybe it's best yall didn't vote, since yall keep on voting for folks whose 100% completely against the 99%.

There's 7 other Lieutenant Governor candidates in this race.

My prediction is that 80% of yall won't care to vote, even though you think of your opinions as being more important than anybody else's, and of the 20% who do... they won't weigh out which candidates has the best policies, and can bring prosperity to their region or district. They won't be able to name a single of the other 7 Lieutenant Governor candidates out there, or name the candidates in the other 6 statewide campaigns,

Hell... there's about 30 county offices that are up for grabs every 4 years. 30 county offices... just remove them all, and put yourself in their seats. Our world would be much better run by having regular working class folks in positions of power instead of professional career corruptionists.

xxXxx

Where were you, in the last 14 years? Where were you, from 1982 to 2000? Let's be honest... you don't give a fuck about other people. You're pieces of shit... they told you that I was smart, so your frail egos couldn't handle that shit, but you all also turned me into a submissive obedient bitch... that's a horrible way to raise somebody... to make them weak but to tell them they're strong... it's like they were gunning for me from Day 1. Almost like all of this bullshit just because of an insecure asshole's jealousy of a mother's love for her baby. That's what this is about? That's why Isaac must die?

This isn't me crying or even complaining about the situation. You want to attack me... fine, but I'm not going to take any more of any of you mf'ers abuse anymore... I know, I know... you wanted me to take all the abuse, to rob me, kick me, leave me for dead in a ditch... I understand that. But I care about my life, so I'm going to protect my life, and go fuck yourself if you try to argue me out of it.

I'm just acknowledging the situation. People are vultures, and respect and reputations take time to build... but it's quality time, of doing extraordinary things... I'm going to keep on going, my own way... if you want to try to stop me, I'll oppose you. If you just let me be, then we are fine. I believe there are very few good people in this world, it's being run by psychopaths, and surely, their sycophants imitate them as they're kissing their asses...

How I would run things and how things are being run are the opposites. I'd give a fuck about every single individual of the 10,000 citizens in Gallatin County, if, say I was Judge-Executive, or Sheriff, or the most powerful man in the county, the County Attorney. Their well-beings, their families, their jobs, their health, their education, the careers, their houses and lands, etc. I'd be the father I never had, a warm and caring gentle father, a good man, who strives to do what's best for everybody, to give a fuck about everybody, to help everybody prevail and succeed, and to live a good life.

I wouldn't be for petty crimes, to smash people's faces in, to be violent to non-violent people, to escalate problems, or worse, start them where they don't even exist.

So instead of me coming up to you, smiling, with my hand outstretched, instead, I'll be very suspicious of you fk'n violent animals. I'll stand my ground. And I'll defend myself. 5,000 attacks upon my little body didn't make a single person in Gallatin County wince... maybe our society doesn't care about men and boys... but if you think I'm going to take another 5,000 attacks... you're so fucked up in the head... you're sick, sadistic, and you got shit4brains. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, like this, or in any way.

If you can't help others, don't hurt them. What's your problem with that? Actually... you have the capacity to help others, wealth and power, yet, you choose to do nothing with it. Those given more, more are expected... is that not a Christian virtue? I was the only one who took Jesus Christ seriously, wasn't I? Wow... yall got me. Yall really duped me good. Fucked me over, hardcore too. No... I have no reason to trust you godforsaken Nazi vermin.

I'd be the most progressive leader you'd ever have, and we'd go far and wide... prosperity for everybody. I'd be a civilizing force. For now, it's all tribal warfare. Neighborhoods need to secede, and we need to organize ourselves into localized tribes. Those who control the 120 county courthouses are the ones in charge, and they don't care about you. They are a gang, no better or worse than the Crips, or al-qaeda... police riots, police terrorism... that's the norm. That's the status quo. Mayberry... that's the change. That's the end goal.

My childhood in Gallatin County is a painful legacy of betrayal, backstabbing, violence, and bloodshed... of course I don't want to think about that shit anymore. I've thought about it plenty. It was wrong... and if you want to fuck me over for defending myself... 1 time, against an onslaught of humiliation, embarrassment, slavery, and constant violence... then there's the bullying in school, by the kid bullies, and the teachers... Of course I don't want to stay around people who thinks that behavior is acceptable...

If you don't think violence is wrong... do you think stealing, or raping, or murder is wrong? Those are the big 4 evils... already, there's several dead men gunned down by Gallatin County police... were those individuals as “wrong” as I was?

The Black Panther Party at least gave us a Breakfast program for our children.

2015 Democratic Treasurer Poll:

2016 Ky Governor's Poll: http://www.topix.com/forum/city/owensboro-ky/T7CKNCPDBTJ2K4IDV DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY FOR GOVERNOR

by John Gregory | 04/28/15 10:13 AM

Candidates running in the Democratic primary for Kentucky Governor and Lieutenant Governor appeared on Monday's edition of Kentucky Tonight on KET. Here's a summary of what gubernatorial contender Geoffrey M. “Geoff” Young and his running-mate Johnathan D. Masters said about what they see as key issues in the contest.

A native of Massachusetts, Geoff Young has lived in Lexington for 33 years. He has degrees in economics and mechanical engineering, and he worked for more than a decade as assistant director of the Kentucky Energy Office on energy efficiency issues. In 2014 Young ran in the Democratic primary for state's 6th district congressional seat.

Key Issues

Young says that Kentucky is one of the most politically corrupt states in the nation, so he would make cleaning up that corruption a top priority. He has sued the state Democratic Party because he claims Chairman Patrick Hughes violated party bylaws for endorsing fellow gubernatorial candidate Jack Conway before the primary election. Young says it is "unethical" and "illegal" for the party to favor one Democrat over another.

Other top issues for Young include energy and environmental policy. He says it's "nonsense" to think the state can't move away from coal to more sustainable sources of energy like solar and hydropower. Young says he also wants to change policies that govern pollution.

"The fundamental, ethical principle behind pollution regulation should be the polluter should pay the cost," Young argues. "The polluter should not be allowed to dump the costs of their operation, whatever it is, onto the public without paying."

Finally Young says he wants to fight racism in the commonwealth. He says the issue isn't so much individual prejudice but institutional racism that comes from people and institutions in positions of authority.

Health Care

Young credits Gov. Steve Beshear for expanding Medicaid and establishing the state health exchange, Kynect. He says he would keep both and would work to make them better.

The Democrat also supports legalizing medical marijuana, which he says has been used as a medicinal herb for thousands of years.

Tax Reform

Young contends the only way the state can afford to provide more Kentuckians with health insurance and properly fund the public pension system is to update the tax system. He says he would lower taxes on low- and middle-income families, and increase taxes on the states richest citizens. Young points to how Minnesota's Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton successfully raised the income tax on residents of that state who make more than $150,000 a year.

Young also says he would consider abolishing the state sales tax, which he argues is regressive and a burden to the poor. He says those revenues could be replaced through higher taxes on the wealthy.

Jonathan D. Masters

Young's running-mate for lieutenant governor in the state's Democratic primary is Johnathan D. Masters. He was raised on a farm in northern Kentucky and graduated from the University of Louisville. Masters says he's held about 40 working-class jobs, and served as a campaign coordinator on Ralph Nader's 2008 presidential bid. He also worked as a community organizer for the Working America initiative of the AFL-CIO.

Poverty and the Economy

Masters says poverty is one of the biggest challenges facing the commonwealth. Even as business exports and the state's gross domestic product increase, Masters thinks more should be done to help low-income individuals and families in Kentucky. As an example of the state's income inequality problem, Masters says that University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino earns more than 350 Owsley Countians combined. (Owsley County has been noted for having the lowest median household income in the nation.)

To boost the state's economy, Masters suggests several ideas: He wants to create a trash-to-electricity program. That's based on a Swedish model where the nation's waste is burned to generate electricity. Masters also suggests legalizing marijuana, which he contends would take Kentucky from being one of the poorest states in America to one of the richest.

Another part of Masters' economic stimulus platform is for the state to get into the gasoline business. He points to the success of a city-owned gas station in Somerset, and says Kentucky should operate 10 such stations around the commonwealth. Masters contends that would generate revenue for the state and result in lower pump prices in communities that have little competition in the wholesale gas market.

Finally, Masters says he's open to the idea of expanded gaming, but he says he wouldn't necessarily push for it. "I think [people] have a right to gamble," Masters says. "You have a right to throw your money away if you want to."

Education

Masters says he agrees with idea of having Common Core standards, but admits he might want to "tinker" with some parts of the curriculum. He says the idea of having a common curriculum that raises academic standards for students is part of what makes us Americans. Masters dismisses the opposition to Common Core as "anti-Obama talk." http://www.ket.org/publicaffairs/posts/6879/

KERA as originally envisioned was school reform which aimed to balance educational spending and distribution and piss off local school superintendents and other bureaucratic hacks. Plus the SBDMs... there's democratic potential there... parents get to choose their children's curriculum... but alas... one must teach the parents how it works, or they won't get anything they want passed.

As I said before, schools like U of L are turning into academic country clubs and pro team prep club fronting as higher education. First, to answer your question about the militarization. The police are more militarized and deadly now but there's not even close to as much violence as there was in the mid-to-late 1960s and early 1970s. It was like the seams were splitting. I was hoping they would...still am. There were riots across the U.S. After the Kent State Massacre about 400 universities were shut down. You might visit another event which happened prior to Kent State -- the "Chicago 7" trial. It'll be an eye-opener for you.

As far as Kent State, I remember it like it was yesterday. I immediately made a pilgrimage to the university, purchased a dark blue t-shirt with KENT STATE in large letters and wore it until it turned to shreds. I also remember what my father said immediately after we watched the news broadcast that day. "It's too bad they didn't kill all the sons-a-bitches." His words voiced the opinion of perhaps half the country. I was on the other side rooting for the "bad guys" including Bobby Seale, Angela Davis, etc.

Here in West Virginia, what I call deep in the interior, police weren't anxious to throw people in jail. We could smoke joints on main street and drink beer in the alleys. There weren't any problems. Now the whole culture of police have changed and not for the better.

The head of the Democratic Party has insulted us in the newspapers... that's how well the Democratic Party does with being fair.

Plus, some other things. BUT, why have a primary if they already picked their guy? To them, the primaries are irrelevant and in fact, I think the AFLCIO President of Kentucky said so... he said he wished they could just nominate Conway right away and not have a primary... because, that's how machine politics work.

The AFLCIO President also endorsed Conway like 5 months out, before final day to run for office, which means Jesus Christ himself could have jumped into the race, and still, for Top Democrats in Kentucky, it's Conway all the way.

I think it shows cowardice, and corruption... they're scared that Mitch winning might make them lose the whole thing... but Mitch won because ALison wasn't able to inspire new voters with her "but I'm more Republican than Mitch" campaign. So they haven't changed their strategy, and if they don't, they'll lose in November

It's not an internal matter, when the 'official' selection process (primaries) are taxpayer funded.

Geoff grew up in Marblehead, Massachusetts. He went to MIT and graduated in 1977 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He first came to Lexington, KY in the summer of 1977 where he spent the summer helping Architecture Professor Dick Levine build a solar house near Raven Run. Professor Levine is a renowned solar architect and expert in sustainable cities.

Geoff went on to obtain a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at UMass (Amherst). After completing his degree, he returned to Kentucky for good in 1982. There, he met Claire Carpenter, married her in 1991, and lives happily with her in Lexington.

Geoff completed a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics at UK.

Geoff spent 14 years working in Frankfort, where he promoted energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies for Kentucky's state energy office, an agency now called the Department for Energy Development and Independence (DEDI). He was the Assistant Director for most of that time and participated in more than a dozen utility company cases before the Public Service Commission (PSC).

After leaving state government, he led the Sierra Club team that intervened in PSC Rate Case No. 2006-00472, “General Adjustment of Electric Rates of East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc.” The team's goal was to help the utility improve energy efficiency in its large service territory.

Kentucky may not be the ideal place to be a nurse, judging by a 49th-place ranking by the personal finance social network WalletHub.

The Bluegrass State is the third worst state for nurses, according to a WalletHub analysis of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

The list of Best & Worst States for Nurses is designed to help registered nurses – particularly those who are new the field -- settle in places that are "conducive to both personal and professional success," according to WalletHub.

Fifteen key metrics were reviewed for each area, and Kentucky ranked poorly on many of them,

including average number of hours worked and

projected number of nurses per capita by 2022.

Kentucky ranked 40th in the opportunity-and-competition category, which includes things like salary and job openings.

It ranked 48th on work environment, which includes things like mandatory overtime restrictions and average commute time.

The top three states overall were Washington (1), Colorado (2) and Minnesota (3). Indiana was 20th.
The release of the list coincides with the start of National Nurses Week.

Opening:

  • Will T. Scott spoke about parachuting or something, who knows?
  • Hal Heiner said he’s an engineer
  • Matt Bevin says he’s a small business owner. Because $5 billion investment funds are small businesses, of course
  • Jamie Comer says he has visions

On being more like Mitch McConnell or Rand Paul:

  • Heiner refused to say whether he’s a Mitch McConnell Republican or a Rand Paul Republican because he doesn’t have the guts to answer basic questions
  • Matt Bevin says he’s more of a Rand Paul than a Mitch McConnell, says McConnell got rich at the expense of average Kentuckians
  • Jamie Comer says he’s more like Rand Paul because he overcame the same things he’s fighting. Even though Rand Paul wasn’t alleged to have abused his ex-girlfriend.
  • Will T. Scott mumbled something about old problems and Rand Paul or something.

Drug testing:

  • Bevin supports drug testing students, government employees and food stamp recipients. If they fail the test, they lose their food stamps. Because starving children because of what their parents do is the right move.
  • Comer says he still wants to test welfare recipients, sponsored legislation, despite studies showing that accomplishes nothing
  • Scott says can’t designate a class of people and drug test everybody in that class, demeaning to 99%
  • Heiner wants to test everybody for drugs because eww, peasants, get away!

Health care reform / kynect:

  • Comer: Kill health care reform.
  • Scott: kynect has nothing to do with the policy they get but kill it, cheapest option is a federal portal, have to comply with federal law
  • Heiner: Kill health care, eww, poors!
  • Bevin: Heiner’s all over the place, kill health care reform

For or against medical marijuana:

  • Scott: He’s for what science says
  • Heiner: already have medicinal use at local pharmacy, only for FDA-approved
  • Bevin: Yes, with doctor approval
  • Comer: No.

Expanded gambling?

  • Scott: No
  • Heiner: No
  • Bevin: No
  • Scott: Yes

Gay marriage?
  • Bevin: No, 74% of Kentuckians said no 10 years ago
  • Comer: No, flip-flopper
  • Scott: No
  • Heiner: No

Support religions discrimination on part of businesses:
  • Bevin: Yes
  • Comer: Yes
  • Scott: Yes
  • Heiner: Yes

Blah blah blah about what they’ll do to help Kentucky. Bunches of jobs shenanigans. Do you has jorb? Republicans will jorb you. P.S. Kill unions!

Sports stuff. Something something. Jamie Comer is mad that Rick Pitino held a fundraiser for Jack Conway. More sports stuff.

One-on-one with Matt Jones:

  • Bevin: knew beating Mitch McConnell wouldn’t be easy, still refuses to endorse him. Against cockfighting, never supported it, even though he appeared at an event with cockfighting promotional material and such. Says it’s a lie that he claimed to have attended MIT. Couldn’t explain what the “Obama War on Kentucky” is because it’s not a real thing. Blamed Obama for flooding and G.E. Fire.
  • Comer: didn’t physically and mentally abuse his college girlfriend, dirty politics at its worst, untrue, we’ve been through a lot, whisper campaigns. Claimed Sam Youngman discovered who Michael Adams was but it was really Riggs Lewis with my assistance. Denied ever losing his temper in any relationship. Her mother lied about telephone call. Story came out because new poll shows him ahead. Claimed giving a gift to someone means they couldn’t be suffering from memories of abuse. Said people in Hal Heiner’s campaign are shadowy figures, Heiner should accept responsibility but wouldn’t say if he believed Heiner knew about it. Gonna sue the Courier-Journal via Frost Brown Todd, because that’ll end well for him..
  • Scott: Prison population is out-of-control, too many people in jail for addiction problems, criminal sentences in Kentucky aren’t too long but can’t explain massive prison population increase. Beshear was a good governor, no scandals… despite the years and years of scandals.
  • Heiner: Had nothing to do with the Comer scandal, totally unaware of any connection to his campaign, which is not true, even Riggs Lewis knew about it and Sam Youngman knew about it months ago. Not one item from his campaign has addressed anyone’s character. Refused to criticize KC Crosbie.

Believe the C-J story disqualifies Comer?
  • Scott: No
  • Heiner: This is between Comer and the young lady and our campaign won’t address it.
  • Bevin: It’s allegation, uncorroborated or substantiated, not enough facts. Believe Hal Heiner has surrounded himself with the surliest and sorriest people. His former campaign manager is behind all of this noise and people should be well aware of that. Hal told me months and months ago that he knew things based on conversations that his people had had about Jamie Comer. Heiner is not who he pretends to be.
  • Heiner: Bevin’s done nothing but attack, will say anything to get elected. He’s just like Jack Conway.
If you don’t win, will you support who wins on the Republican side?
  • Comer: Unless it’s proven that illegal activity occurred
  • Scott: Yes
  • Heiner: Yes. Can’t have Jack Conway as governor.
  • Bevin: Yes. Any of us are more qualified than Jack Conway.

Questioning each other:

  • Scott to Comer: If Jack Conway can’t keep his oath as attorney general, how can we trust him? Comer: I agree completely. We cannot trust him. Blah blah blah about gay marriage.
  • Heiner to Scott: Give detail on changing prison system. Scott: Medium security prisons cost us $100K per bed, minimum security beds: $6,500. Take all that savings and put it into helping people get off drugs.
  • Bevin to Heiner: You’ve stated you’re a supporter of 2nd Amendment but voted against conceal carry into city buildings, against tolling in NKY but for it in Louisville, in favor of kynect but now against it. What would give voters any confidence in you? Heiner: Your non-stop mischaracterizations blah blah. Life member of NRA, hunter, we don’t eat anything but deer meat. Not willing to kick 330K
Kentuckians to curb on a knee-jerk position.
  • Comer to Heiner: If you see an email sent from your running mate encouraging Michael Adams to spread lies about me, coordinating which is illegal (it’s not illegal for a candidate to talk about that), with this blogger, how would you react to that? Heiner: I was unaware of any contact, even though he was, important time in Kentucky, focusing on where we can go. I’m not responsible for what anyone else does. When I heard what happened, I addressed it. False to insinuate we’re behind it.

“He's done nothing, but attack for the last two years. Attack, attack, attack,” Heiner said of Bevin.
Candidate Will T. Scott, of Pikeville, a former associate judge of the Kentucky Supreme Court, spent much of his time talking about drugs and prisons.

On the lighter side, this sports radio show wasn't all about issues and platforms.

“You are the A.D. You can only hire one or two coaches, do you hire John Calipari or Rick Pitino?” host Matt Jones asked the candidates.

Comer and Scott picked Calipari.

Bevin and Heiner chose Pitino.

Beshear said it needs to stay in place, and said they've created more than 12,000 jobs and Kentuckians are healthier.

"What in the world is wrong with having a health population? All of these candidates running around here saying they're going to do away with all of this. What are they going to put in its place? They just want to go back to a time when none of our people had affordable health care? I don't think those people want that, and I don't think Kentucky wants that. I think we want all of our people to be in a better place from a health standpoint," said Beshear.

The situation has existed since 1998, when Marathon merged with Ashland Oil. Conway claims the investigation he launched several years ago has turned-up proof that local gas customers are paying more because of it.

One local gas retailer says it doesn't think Marathon's prices are out of line with other markets, and says it told Conway that when he asked. When I asked Jack what more he can do about Marathon as attorney general, he said, we'll all find out next week. http://www.wdrb.com/story/29003539/jack-conway-pledges-to-take-action-against-marathon-over-gas-prices

Well, this is Kentucky, and while 93% do not vote, 99.9% are loud mouthed opinionated assholes.

the gays and the jews... 7 years persecuted... one year out, Hitler goes... okay, about the Jew... nevermind. But you already killed Anne Frank. I know, I know... but I like Jews now! Ok Jack.. now you like the Gays. Now you do..

You changed your mind on gay marriage... on Iraq War... now it's time to change your mind on the Drug War. Fuck punitive damage. As a person who cares about my reputation, going through these goddamned courts, mf'ers would stop giving a shit... and just won't care about anything... the injustice system is creating monsters in Kentucky. Just like Charlie Manson. Charlie Manson is a product of Kentucky's juvenile court system;

Breckinridge Co KY Sheriff Todd Pate, with other officers, entered the Naugler’s residence without a warrant or probable cause. Nicole was pulled over by a deputy just outside the property. Officers TOOK their two oldest boys from Nicole, with no documentation to support their actions. Nicole, 5 months pregnant, was slammed into the hood of a cop car, and was taken into custody for disorderly conduct (for pleading with the Sheriff to not take her boys) and resisting arrest (verbally, not physically). Joe arrived, but the sheriff, with his hand on his sidearm, ordered Joe back into the car and informed Joe that he was going to make this as difficult as possible for them and that their car would be impounded. The Sheriff ordered Joe to turn the remaining eight children over by 10:00 a.m., and threatened him with felony charges if he does not comply. All of this happened because of an unfounded anonymous complaint filed with CPS.

Until Wednesday, Joe and Nicole Naugler lived with their 10 kids in a cabin on 26 acres in Breckinridge County, about an hour southwest of Louisville.

“They are an extremely happy family,” family friend Pace Ellsworth told Off The Grid News.

Acting on an anonymous tip about the family’s off-grid lifestyle, sheriff’s officers entered the property and home Wednesday, and even blocked the access road to the family property, the family says. Joe and eight of the children were away, but Nicole – who is five-months pregnant – was home with the two oldest kids. Sheriff deputies then seemingly allowed Nicole and the two children to drive away but they got only a short distance before deputies pulled them over and took the two children away from the mom, who was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. (She says the arrest took place after she did not passively allow deputies to take the children.) Nicole was able to contact her husband and have a brief conversation.

Later, the sheriff ordered Joe to turn over the other children by 10 a.m. or be arrested for felony charges, the family says. He complied.

Deputies also threatened to impound the car, although a friend of the family convinced the deputies to allow Joe to have it back.

The family may be off grid, but they aren’t anonymous. In fact, they have Internet, as well as a Facebook page dating back to 2012 where they frequently post pictures and videos of their children, animals and their off-grid life. A May 5 post showed a video of a toddler, Mosiah, learning to walk. An April 24 post showed a happy family, gathering around a campfire, roasting marshmallows.
They also post pictures alluding to their faith. Their Facebook page — which has nearly 2,000 likes — is called “My Blessed Little Homestead.”

Child Protective Services never visited the home, said Ellsworth, who believes the arrests took place because of the parents’ choice of “unschooling” for their children, and because of their simple way of life that some would call backwards. The family’s Facebook page calls it a “back to basics life.” They have a garden and raise animals. Deputies apparently were concerned about whether the children’s needs were being met, but friends say they personally have no concerns — and that the children are blessed to have Joe and Nicole as their parents.
In unschooling, there is no set curriculum and the education is based on each child’s strength.

It’s the way all children learned before the public education movement, he said

“You let your kids decide the curriculum,” Ellsworth told Off The Grid News. “In unschooling, education doesn’t take a backseat. It’s listening to what they’re interested in and fascinated in.”

They want to have a personal education and not a factory education.”
Ellsworth called it “whole-life homeschooling.”

“They are completely open about their life,” he said. “Everyone is learning by living. They are all extremely intelligent.”

Here in MI fill out 4 questions on half sheet of paper, send to the state, wallah!,all done.

5 minutes on google will give you a good picture of the innocent families torn apart.
Back in March I had promised to post photos of the cabin. I know many of our Homestead friends have been asking.
I was reluctant. I wasn't prepared for the backlash that might arise from those who oppose our lifestyle. Many of them showed
But it's done. We are here. And it's no better time to share. Have your opinions. That's fine. I know people who live in ways I don't approve of, but their lifestyle is socially acceptable. I certainly wouldn't justify force.
I don't want people to live in fear. I want people to have confidence in their choices.
If you don't like the way someone lives, let them be. Bullying them won't accomplish anything.

Cabin

I had better photos of the build, but they were lost in a computer crash.

This is our Tiny House. Its 280sq feet. It has been a great project. We plan to build a 800sq ft cabin

The roofing material was donted by . The lumber is repurpsed materials. The walls are new plywood. The wood for the loft was a Christmas gift from a family friend.

We are currently collecting repurposed materials for the larger cabin. If you have items that you no longer use we would love to barter labor!

Stephen D Pitzer there is lots of rumors going around that it has to do with some other run ins with the law by Joe and having a "past" with law enforcement. Is this true at all? did he threaten to shoot a neighbor over water? are they in any way related? the only info ive heard is from the family side of it from independent journalism. Your donation page has already racked up 20k+ in support with very little info. I sincerely hope if you were indeed wronged by CPS on unfounded charges then you get all the support you need to get your kids back. But before i donate, i need to see more facts. Best of luck if this indeed the case.

Sandra Chapin I second this request. One would think this would merit national attention, yet all I am able to find are personal claims and quotes, and reprints of them. Something seems off.

Nicole's Call to Sheriff's Office: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-MgkNVcVbA

On May 6th, 2015, Breckinridge Co. Sheriff’s officers came to their home, acting on an anonymous tip, and entered their property and home without a warrant and without probable cause. Nicole was at home with the two oldest children, while Joe was away with the others. When the officers left the home, they attempted to block the access road to the family property. Nicole and the two boys got in their car to leave the family property. The got only a short way down the road before the officers pulled Nicole over.
During this stop, sheriffs deputies took their two oldest boys from Nicole’s custody, providing her no justification or documentation to support their action. Nicole was able to contact Joe briefly by telephone, but only for a short period of time, because she needed to use her phone to record the events.
At that point, Nicole had been taken into custody for disorderly conduct (for not passively allowing the Sheriff to take her boys) and resisting arrest. Even though she is 5 months pregnant, she was slammed belly first into the cop car and bruised and scraped on both arms.

I didn't get these papers till noon on Thursday. AFTER my children were taken. I requested to 1. To know the accusations against me and 2. To be allowed legal representation. I was not afforded that.

Tiffany Hurt I read that the CPS in Arkansas gets 400.00 a child they remove. Is Kentucky the same?
Rose Shearer It is probably more than that... as an ex foster parent I can tell you they get federal funding for some of the children... but foster parents get paid more than that.
Berenda K Leatherdale Seriously!! We used to foster teens and weren't making a dime. That's in Massachusetts, and years ago. Probably changed well $ job security.

A Breckinridge County couple, home-schooling their 10 children on a farm with no electricity or running water and a mother's showdown with the law leads to the children being taken away.

Kiesha Messina I saw the statement 'not registered with the school board'. Is that a requirement in your state? I know in Texas, there is no registration requirement, but not sure how it worked in other states.

(Even so, I think I may still send a certified letter to our school district, just to be on the safe side)

April Tvinnereim Keisha, doing that can change laws in TX.
Charity Kennedy-Blair If I'm not correct they do have to send a letter into the school board or something of that nature and in Kentucky you have to chart your attendance as well.
Charity Kennedy-Blair No Keisha in Texas you don't have to do anything. We live in Texas now and we're moving to Kentucky at the end of the month.
Mark Timm I was thinking the same thing. In KY, you do have to register your kids to homeschool. Not a reason to remove the kids, but why not comply with the law? It's fairly reasonable. I register my kids.
LarryandStacy Meece In TN you do have to register with a letter of intent.
      Carey Walton https://www.hslda.org/laws/analysis/Kentucky.pdf
Lyn Wade In every single state, you have to do an intent to homeschool for each child and in mine, an original birth certificate is required by law.
Patti Sawyer in KY, your letter of intent must simply declare age,.address and name of children of compulsory attendance age. It must be filed within two weeks if the start of the school year. Attndance and records of scholarship are to be maintained. HOWEVER, unless someone fails to file, no one comes asking for them.
    • Lynn Caldwell Lyn Wade-not in all states-check out Idaho's laws.
Amanda McMahon Birth certificate and SSN are not required.
Kiesha Messina April - I'm a firm believer in CYA. Most people don't send in letters of intent, and some do. It's not unheard of in Texas, and isn't going to change their laws any time soon. What WILL change laws is bad homeschooling, and even though I'm a fierce believer in the right to HS, there are stories out there of people who abuse that right, or neglect it. THATS what will get our laws changed. I approve laws that encourage responsible homeschooling. If your state says that a letter of intent is the law, well, it is what it is.

And in Texas, you can pretty much school as you wish. You don't have to notify anyone (although I think you have to notify the school if you are pulling a student OUT of school).

And before anyone jumps on me, I'm not making on judgements on THIS particular case, was just curious about KY law vs. TX.

“FRANKFORT, Ky. — By all accounts, most of Stephen Patton's classmates liked the cheerful eighth-grader.

But a few of them at Allen Central Middle School in Eastern, Ky., repeatedly abused, taunted and bullied the 13-year-old gentle giant, who stood 6 foot 3, weighed 196 pounds and had a stutter, his family said they discovered.

On Nov. 27, 2007, Stephen placed a gun to his head and took his own life.”

Ol' Brushy Bill:

I remember happy chandler, perhaps the biggest crook of all, then there was John Y. Brown Jr, who used the money John Y senior stole from the UMWA, anf bought the governors race, KFC, and Miss america, then got caught running Cocane out of the Bahamas in the state owned helicopter. How convenient, he had a stroke and had no memory of it, and never served a day in Jail. Then there was Martha Layne Collins Who's husband stole Millions from Toyota (at Georgetown). I hink he went to jail, but Martha weaseled out of it. Was it Wilkerson, or Jones who pushed in the lottery, ended up owning a big cut in maffia that runs the lottery, Then went broke, ending up owing investors millions, and causing poor old Dave Thomas (WENDYS) to have a heart attack when he found out he'd lost 50 million $. Lets not forget Paul Patton, the scab coal operator who couldn't keep his pants zipped up , and left in disgrace. I don't even know who the last 2 or 3 have been, but in my lifetime Ky has never had an even decent governor., and I'm older than the back side of Pine Mountain. http://www.topix.com/forum/city/whitesburg-ky/T7V5EV4G0075GM7I7#c18

Books Read By Anne Frank

2 outta 5 Kyians can't read, according to a 1999 Paul Patton Task Force commission report. “44% of Kentuckians struggle with minimal literacy skills, and 37% of the Kentuckians age 25 and older do not have a high school diploma.” http://www.lrc.ky.gov/lrcpubs/rr296.pdf But hey, Kentucky, don't lose heart. Just look at the good side. If 44% of Kentuckians CAN'T read, then that means that 56% of Kentuckians CAN read, so let's look at the positive side. Here's Wendy, a Kentuckian, from Letcher County, who I met the other day:  Many Kentuckians, especially the backwards, racist, and illiterate, love to fuck up their words as bad as they possibly can. “Taters” isn't only stupid... it's childish. Plus, potatoes aren't that great. Potatoes were responsible for killing off a huge Irish population... sure it's one of the world's main basic food staples, but rice, pork, beef, wheat, sugar, etc., are so much more important, and more d
