A Louisville Postmodern Historical Timeline (1997-2013)

1997. March 13. Louisville, Kentucky. White male LMPD officer Rodney J. Estes invaded 45 year old Black man Robert Whitlow's home and shot him twice with a submachine gun, which was “the result of [Estes'] own intentional misconduct”.

1998. January 6-7. Louisville, Kentucky. The Cold-blooded murder of 34 year old Adrian Reynolds by 32 year old Jailer Timothy “Hulk” Barnes for no apparent reason in the basement of the Hall of Justice in Cell 6 happened when Big “hulkish” white male Timothy Barnes, along with 4 other Jefferson County Jailers, whose names were unreported by the Leviathan-protecting, parroting corporate media, murdered Adrian Reynolds, a black man, by stomping his head into the cold concrete jailhouse basement floor, Cell Block 6, with his boots, many times. Barnes was charged with an alleged domestic violence charge. 1 juror’s stubbornness stopped Barnes from being convicted. Adrian Reynold’s family was awarded $350,000.

1998. January 13. Fidencio Campos-Cruz murdered by multiple Louisville police officers.

1999. May 13. Louisville, Kentucky. The Cold-blooded murder of 18-year-old Black man Desmond Rudolph by white male LMPD officers Chris Horn and Paul Kincade for no apparent got the KKK out to celebrate the success of Louisville's finest, with celebrations in downtown Louisville. $200,000 was paid to the family of Desmond Rudolph.

2000. April 11. The Louisville Police Department announces that officers will be required to fill out a use-of-force report every time they charge someone with resisting arrest.

2000. May 8. The Civilian Police Review Board Ordinance was declared unconstitutional, because it included subpoena power, by Jefferson Circuit Judge Tom McDonald.

2000. May. Louisville, Kentucky. Citizens clapped and cheered at the Board of Aldermen meeting at City Hall. The Board just overrode the mayor’s veto of an ordinance establishing a Civilian Police Review Board.

2000. June 25. Louisville, Kentucky. 4 Black LMPD officers—Derrick Leachman, Fred Helm, Willie Williams, and Maurice Hendricks—murdered Rodney Abernathy in Chickasaw park at 3am in the morning. Willie Williams was the only police officer who didn't shoot.

In Louisville's West End, a young Black man, Clifford Lewis Jr. is shot and murdered by many plain clothes white male LMPD officers in the parking lot of White Owl Liquors on Wilson and Dixie highway. 4 shots in the back, and 3 in the front. No guns or drugs are found on Lewis, or in his SUV, which crashed a short distance from the White Owl Parking lot. Clifford Lewis is murdered by plain clothes LMPD Johann “Kit” Steimle (future founder of VIPER squad), plus many other unnamed officers, none of whom were ever charged.

2001. February 6. Louisville, Kentucky, 20-year-old Antwan D. Bryant was killed by an unidentified LMPD officer when the driver of the car he was riding with allegedly ran over a cop's feet during a traffic stop. The cop shot at the driver but intead killed Antwan D. Bryant.

2001. April 7. Cincinnati, Ohio. Timothy Thomas is murdered by Stephen Roach, an off-duty Cincinnati Police officer, in an alley in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati's West End, at 2:20am in the morning. After Timothy Thomas is murdered in Cincinnati, 4 days of riots erupt in Cincinnati, the worst in America since the Rodney King riots in 1992.

2001. October 30. White male LMPD officer Clayton Patton murders 32 year old Black man Jason Cravens by shooting him in the stomach. “David Stengel has not found any criminal conduct in any instance of police officers killing human beings in this community,” said Reverend Louis Coleman III.

2001. January 9. Clifford Lewis Jr. was murdered by a mob of wolf-packing plain clothes “VIPER” squad, similar to the rogue independent ungoverned-by-civilians militia running Louisville right now. Clifford Lewis Jr. was jumped by a wave of white men with guns drawn, at least 6 thugs, who never identified themselves as police. Johann Steimle was the only one charged with a crime.

Collectively, Marshall Marbly was murdered by James Kaufling, Patty Hanifen, Jefferson Atkins, and Eric Johnson.

2002. December 5. James Edward Taylor, 50 years old, while handcuffed and sitting on a chair, was murdered by Michael O’Neil. Brian Luckett and Michael O'Neil, two white men, wearing plain clothes, was walking by an apartment on 709 East Catherine Street on December 2002. 50 year old Black man James Taylor was handcuffed and sitting down, and according to Michael O'Neil, James Edward Taylor pulled out a 3 inch blade, or a box cutter, and stood up from his chair, and started lunging at him, with his hands still in handcuffs behind his back, with the intent to stab him. Michael O'Neil's reaction to this was to shoot James Edward Taylor 12 times, into the front of his body, murdering James Edward Taylor in cold blood at point blank range.

2003. January. Robert White, the first Black Police Chief of Louisville appointed, was the man elevated to that position during the many Black man murders of Louisville from 1998-2002.

2004. January 3. Louisville, Kentucky. Michael Newby immediate took off and ran down the street in his tennis shoes. Then crack dealing plain clothes white supremacist psychopath McKenzie Mattingly shot Michael Newby 3 times in the back, killing him. Mckenzie Mattingly received $60,000 to stay off the police force (Robert White). $250,000 was awarded to Michael Newby’s mother to settle a lawsuit.

2005. March 23. LMPD officer Peter Grignon is shot. This was the worse day of Robert White's political career. Mitch McConnell's worst day was the passing of McCain-Feingold, when political donations were capped, and couldn't be in unlimited funds anymore.

2007. June 28. Meredith v. Jefferson County Board of Education, aka “The Meredith Decision”, is affirmed by the Supreme Court, and the 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education decision is overturned. Pat Todd of Spalding University was instrumental in implementing this illegal racist busing plan in Louisville. http://www.oyez.org/cases/2000-2009/2006/2006_05_915 Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in the plurality opinion that “The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.” Which LMPD slain is most despicable?: http://www.topix.com/forum/louisville/T42NP0374JLN2VE0P

2012. September 20. VIPER squad is founded by Johann “Kit” Steimle, Greg Fischer, and Steve Conrad. VIPER squad is snakelike in appearance, as well as substance, since they're rogue special teams militia, who operate above the law, and have a license to kill, and have used their power to murder once before.

2012. December 7. Johnathan Daniel Masters-Gripshover was attacked by undercover LMPD—Joel Casse and Aaron Browning—for no reason whatsoever. Just for existing.

Books Read By Anne Frank

2 outta 5 Kyians can't read, according to a 1999 Paul Patton Task Force commission report. “44% of Kentuckians struggle with minimal literacy skills, and 37% of the Kentuckians age 25 and older do not have a high school diploma.” http://www.lrc.ky.gov/lrcpubs/rr296.pdf But hey, Kentucky, don't lose heart. Just look at the good side. If 44% of Kentuckians CAN'T read, then that means that 56% of Kentuckians CAN read, so let's look at the positive side. Here's Wendy, a Kentuckian, from Letcher County, who I met the other day:  Many Kentuckians, especially the backwards, racist, and illiterate, love to fuck up their words as bad as they possibly can. “Taters” isn't only stupid... it's childish. Plus, potatoes aren't that great. Potatoes were responsible for killing off a huge Irish population... sure it's one of the world's main basic food staples, but rice, pork, beef, wheat, sugar, etc., are so much more important, and more d

Out of the great pool of ideas, the best ideas should prevail. Thus, the 100 greatest works ever are nothing more than the 100 greatest ideas ever constructed. For all intensive and respectful purposes, consider this my own personal 100 “great books” list. For all kinds of culture, things which please the eyes, su
