RIP Keith Lamont Scott RIP

So apparently Keith Lamont Scott, husband, father of 7, family man, was an unarmed disabled man who was killed by reading a book in his car, not messing with anybody, waiting to pick his son up off the bus from school? What are you all doing?

That's what his daughter was saying on that viral facebook live video over the Charlotte murder. The victim's daughter says she was sleeping when she heard gunshots, she got up and a neighbor told her what happened.

So let's look at the details. Let's see what we know and what we don't know

Keith Lamont Scott is a disabled man, a husband to wife Rakeyia Scott and 7 children who is described as a "great man and a great father".

Keith Lamont Scott was sitting in his car, waiting for his son, at a parking lot of the Village at College Downs apartment complex on the 9600 block on Old Concord Road in the University City Division in Charlotte NC.

Just before 4pm, Brentley Vinson, a Black man, murdered Keith Lamont Scott.

Yesterday September 20, 2016, at just before 4pm, 4 gunshots were heard by neighbors in the Village at College Downs apartment complex on Old Concord Road in Charlotte NC.

"Hands up... he's got a gun... pop pop pop pop!" That's how the shooting was said to have gone down by witnesses.

According to the police, Brently Vinson was at that parking lot of the Village at College Downs apartment complex on Old Concord Road in Charlotte NC looking just before 4pm looking for a different man, not Keith Lamont Scott, in order to serve him with an outstanding warrant; No word on if Brently Vinson or the Charlotte police ever caught the man he was allegedly going after.
After Brently Vinison murdered Keith Lamont Scott, 26 year old Black man Brentley Vinison was put on paid leave; even tho Brentley has been on the force for 2 years, Brently Vinison didn't turn his body cam on.

Brently Vinson or Vinison was in plain clothes, and he wasn't wearing a body camera. From the facebook live video that his daughter live streamed, Brently Vinson was wearing a bright red dress shirt, and a vest, from the facebook live video.

The outfit looks like he could have been a cop, or maybe a psychotic person ready to do some deadly rampage in the community, like Dylan Storm Roof of SC.

Brently Vinson was in plain clothes. Brentley Vinson has been on the Charlotte police department for 2 years. This year, American cops have killed 788; 1146 last year. NC is an open carry state. NC voted for Hillary Clinton too. Over Bernie Sanders. Which means, even the Democrats there are conservative. #Charlotte ranks lowest in the country for upward mobility. Poor children have next to no shot at getting ahead as adults. Poverty is a death sentence.

It took 20 minutes before the ambulance got there. 20 minutes! Did they just let him bleed out too? Like the Black man in Tulsa? We don't know. We see the daughter's videotape, and that's the only evidence I believe.

The cops are not allowing an outside agency to review this case; instead, they are allowing their own Internal Affairs Bureau to investigate themselves; they won't find anything.

While Brently wasn't wearing his body camera, other cops were wearing theirs. There's also dashboard footage. They said they won't release any of it until after the investigation is over.
North Carolina’s legislature recently passed a law, which was signed by Governor Pat McCrory, to restrict public access to police shooting videos. But that law that @CMPD Chief Kerr Putney is citing in withholding video of shooting doesn't take effect until October #KeithScott. More lies.
Scott is the sixth person killed by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department in 2016, according to WSOC-TV. The district attorney’s office found the first five shootings to be justified.
The shooting also comes a year after a mistrial in the voluntary manslaughter case against Charlotte-Mecklenburg officer Randall Kerrick, who killed Jonathan Ferrell, an unarmed 24-year-old former college football player in 2013. Ferrell had been in a car accident and was seeking help when he was shot. He just knocked on a white woman's door and that's all she wrote for Jonathan Ferrell.
The state declined to seek a retrial against Kerrick. The case sparked outrage in the community and has been referenced several times as a precursor to the anger that comes in the wake of Scott’s death.

Chasing another guy

Just like in Tulsa when that white woman Betty Shelby shot & killed 40 year old Terence Crutcher. So the Charlotte Police didn't get the guy they were after, but they did murder a different guy, a good man, a disabled father, who was just sitting in his car, waiting to pick his son up from off the bus, after school? WTF?

Why are they serving arrest warrants in plain clothes? which pisses me off. How is one supposed to know that you're really a cop!?!

Cops should be painted bright neon blue, with loud blaring sirens, with cop written on them, and they should identify themselves. Cops should be easily identifiable. They want a monopoly of violence b/c you're the Leviathan, the all powerful state? Okay, fine, then we need to know that it's actually you.

Anybody can run up on you, say they're the police, and we're just supposed to listen to their word? If they aren't dressing the part & they're attacking you, wolf packing you, coming up on you, esp  when you haven't done anything wrong, or were just sitting there, in your car?

Stand your ground says you got a right to shoot the guy that comes at you from out of nowhere, who is trying to intimidate you. Trayvon Martin was the one who should have stood his ground against George Zimmerman.

The LMPD didn't identify themselves when they attacked me in Dec 2012, and they also said they were going after another incident. They were undercover, wearing a baseball hat & flannel, driving a plain white car... I thought I was being jumped by local white thugs.

Videotape: Apparently, there's a video of the incident too, or the aftermath, which if what Brentley Vinson did, the black Charlotte Police officer who killed Keith Lamont Scott, was justified, show the video. Be forthcoming with information, and settle the city down & show their videotapes that shows Keith Lamont Scott being as dangerous as the police say he was.

The ACLU is demanding it be released and the Charlotte PD Chief is citing a new law as grounds for withholding any video they may have. Why the secrecy? And that new law doesn't go into effect until October.

The major questions I have for the Charlotte police is this:

Who is the other guy they were looking for? Is there another murderer roaming around the streets, besides Brently Vinison, that the people of Charlotte need to look out for?

They were chasing another guy. Some other guy had a warrant out for his arrest supposedly in the same area... just like that white woman Betty Shelby who murdered 40 year old Terence Crutcher.

He's shot 4 times. 4 times doesn't sound like self-defense to me

Plain clothes.

Then how the cops act in the aftermath.

It looks like a warzone. a bunch of entitled uniformed Nazis;

Officers saw the man get out of the car with a gun and then get back in, police said. When officers approached, the man exited the car with the gun again. officers “immediately requested” a medic and “began performing CPR” after Scott was shot... that I don't believe. The chief said he does not know if the gun was loaded. Officials have also not said if the gun was legally owned. "I don't know that he definitively pointed the weapon specifically towards an officer" said police chief.

What the police version tells me, what they're willing to admit; that's all I care about their version of events.

They could easily plant evidence & once shit calms down, they'll lie, because that's what they do. It's a police state. NSA... Patriot Act... the grand jury will fail to indict, just like with Jonathan Ferrell... the murderer will go free, only worse, he'll get to keep his job, being paid to murder us on taxpayers dime. THat's a bad investment, if you ask me.

I think they're liars, they're a gang, who covers up for each other. Vinison should be arrested, charged with a crime & put in jail. Let a jury exonerate him if he's innocent. Treat this as any other murder. Don't give him a paid vacation.

I believe her daughter. I don't believe the police. They're a gang. They lie for each other. There might not be a book. I think she just said that because she didn't know so she speculated what could have been in his hands. She should have been allowed to go up to the car, and videotape the scene afterwards. But it's a war zone. It's them versus us. The govt versus the people. They could easily have planted something, and then covered their tracks up.

And where's the videotape? We should see the initial confrontation, and we should see videotape of the aftermath, the gun, and the book, and where he was, where his body was...

Vinison should be charged with tampering with evidence for not having that body camera on, or official misconduct. It should be on the whole time they're parading themselves around in that cop uniform... oh wait. In that plain clothes outfit.

Books Read By Anne Frank

2 outta 5 Kyians can't read, according to a 1999 Paul Patton Task Force commission report. “44% of Kentuckians struggle with minimal literacy skills, and 37% of the Kentuckians age 25 and older do not have a high school diploma.” http://www.lrc.ky.gov/lrcpubs/rr296.pdf But hey, Kentucky, don't lose heart. Just look at the good side. If 44% of Kentuckians CAN'T read, then that means that 56% of Kentuckians CAN read, so let's look at the positive side. Here's Wendy, a Kentuckian, from Letcher County, who I met the other day:  Many Kentuckians, especially the backwards, racist, and illiterate, love to fuck up their words as bad as they possibly can. “Taters” isn't only stupid... it's childish. Plus, potatoes aren't that great. Potatoes were responsible for killing off a huge Irish population... sure it's one of the world's main basic food staples, but rice, pork, beef, wheat, sugar, etc., are so much more important, and more d

100 Greatest Works Humanity Has Ever Made

A Great Books Canon “To ignore the leaps and bounds we've advanced in the fields of technology and science is to forever play patty-cake to the cavepeople of yesteryear.” Podcast Explanation for the first few Great Books of the Freedom Skool: http://youtu.be/7jD_v4ji1kU This is the Freedom Skool's 2015 list of the 100 Greatest Works Humanity Has Ever Made in the order of most important to least. Books are too limiting in their scope for what ideas can cloud the brain, and folks from all over the world, yesterday, today, men, women, atheist, spiritual, white, black, straight, gay, transvestite, have all helped in the collaboration in the making of this list. Out of the great pool of ideas, the best ideas should prevail. Thus, the 100 greatest works ever are nothing more than the 100 greatest ideas ever constructed. For all intensive and respectful purposes, consider this my own personal 100 “great books” list. For all kinds of culture, things which please the eyes, su
