There's 2 to 3 plain SUVs in the cell phone footage... KLS was being jumped by a bunch of stormtroopers... I'd be terrified out of my mind too. Then, for a brief 2 seconds, we can see Keith Lamont Scott still standing up, still unhurt, his back facing the camera, when Rakeya was saying "Dont you do it".... Keith Lamont Scott was standing between the vehicle he got out of, probably the white truck, and the newly arriving marked police SUV... KLS is wearing bright aqua pants, a dark T-shirt and a white baseball cap, & his head is turning from side to side from the confusion of the situation. Neither of his hands, and therefore, none of what he was holding, if anything, could be seen clearly. Also, we know that four shots ring out, just like many witnesses said.
KLS doesn't make any dramatic movements. KLS took a few steps forward, in a nonaggressive manner, and then KLS took a step back & that's when the 4 deadly shots were fired into KLS's front side. Probably straight into his chest. Kill shots.
There's rules for engagement for our military in wars, but there's no rules for engagement in his country? How come our cops don't have any protocol?
Supposedly a small gun from the scene was recovered, at least that's what the paternalistic white female Jennifer Roberts was saying, some say it was loaded, but the cops say they're not for sure... how have they not checked that part out yet? And it's said that the small gun they allegedly recovered from the scene has his blood & fingerprints on it, tho Kerr Putney would not say specifically if KLS's fingerprints were on it. Jennifer Roberts also said that KLS had an ankle holster.
KLS was being stalked by some of his past enemies, who liked to drive by him, and pointed their guns at him, psychologically terrorizing him... KLS had to look over his shoulder for criminal citizens & criminal cops too. That's what confused KLS.
A witness at the scene said that one cop directed the other cop to "get the gun", and then KLS's body is rolled over by the cops, KLS is stripped to his boxers... in that first photo I showed you, Scott's body is blurred in the photo but his bare legs, butt & upper body appear are exposed... what was the point of that?
And the cops didn't perform life-saving measures, or CPR, which is what the cops had previously reported.
So they didn't try to save his life, but they were stripping his pants off of him.
The lies of the cops are unraveling, slowly, but surely.
We didn't learn why or how or in what manner the cops went after Keith Lamont Scott.
Why did Keith Lamont Scott even trigger their radar?
The police were there to serve a warrant on someone else.
They weren't even there for him. John Doe PBQ is still at large, but the CMPD are too busy covering up this murder to worry about doing their damn jobs.

I'm not saying there wasn't a gun, but the secrecy, the lying, the holding back of the 2 videotapes, when there should have been 8 videotapes, when they released that photo & plus Keith Lamont Scott's family wants the police to release the tapes... the only reason that makes any sense, is that they're covering up their crime, because our whole system & culture is sick.
