Transcript (9 - 22 - 2016)

Just before 4pm on September 20, 2016, in Charlotte, North Carolina, at an apartment complex about a mile away from the University of North Carolina, a 43 year old Keith Lamont Scott, a husband, a father of 7, a family man, a disabled Black man was waiting in his car for his son to arrive from the school on the school bus. While Keith Lamont Scott was peacefully waiting for his son's school bus, he wasn’t messing with anybody, but he was killed by somebody.

Police Chief Kerr Putney said that Brentley Vinson was the man who killed Keith Lamont Scott, though some witnesses said that wasn't true; that the triggerman was somebody different than Brentley Vinson.

Brentley Vinson is a Black man who was suspiciously wearing plain clothes. Brently Vinson, who has been a cop for a whole 2 years now, suspiciously didn't have enough experience to push the button that turns his body camera on. Brentley Vinson also was suspiciously not even looking for Keith Lamont Scott; allegedly, Brentley Vinson was looking for some mysterious unknown man, allegedly, to give him an outstanding warrant.

Keith Lamont Scott was working for the division of police that's suspiciously called the "crime reduction gang"... but aren't all of the police crime reduction? Is that a special team? What makes the crime reduction gang different than the rest of the police?

Keith Lamont Scott, if there was a gun, and that's a big IF, since the gun wasn't registered to Keith Lamont Scott, nor has there been any evidence of a gun, besides witness statements, did not premeditate a murder in the afternoon of September 20, 2016. Keith Lamont Scott did not plan on popping cops while he was waiting patiently & peacefully, without an outstanding warrant, or victimizing anybody in any way, in his car for his son's school bus.

Charlotte Police Chief Kerr Putney said they didn't find a book at the scene. Kerr Putney also didn't mention that any drugs, or needles, were found at the crime scene. I'm sure they would have hyped that aspect up, just like the PCP found in that white-on-black murder in Tulsa, or the marijuana found in Samantha Ramsey's bloodstream months later in the toxicology report.

It's a way that Nazi boot lickers work hard at discrediting the victim. Jesse Waters said that Keith Lamont Scott had been previously charged with a DUI and an assault charge... an assault charge! Well shoot far! Keith Lamont Scott should become a cop then! And what does either one of those charges have to do with what happened to Keith Lamont Scott in the afternoon of September 20, 2016?

Not a gd'd thang.

Kerr Putney said that the officers at the scene, and there were allegedly 3 other uniformed police officers there in addition to Brentley Vinson, and they had their body cameras on, but they only saw the gun that Keith Lamont Scott had allegedly had, the 2nd time he exited the car, NOT the first time. [Question: "He got out of the car twice?" "Yes" "Both times they saw a gun in his hand?" "No sir. They saw the weapon in his hand the second time he exited the vehicle." (18:28 - 18:38) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9d4--jShGM]. In reference to the alleged 3 body cameras of the alleged 3 uniformed officers who were a part of the takedown, Kerr Putney said "The videos that I reviewed, I cannot see, in totality, everything that occurred." (17:01 - 17:10) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9d4--jShGM

Kerr Putney said that the whole matter occurred in a matter of seconds.

An eyewitness said the cops broke Keith Lamont Scott's window, Keith had his hands up, and that a Taser was used against Keith Lamont Scott, and then they shouted that he had a gun, then he advanced on the cops, but we're not sure if he actually pointed the gun at the cops, and then Brentley Vinson shot Keith Lamont Scott at least three or 4 times.

Keith Lamont Scott's brother said that Keith Lamont Scott was scared when the police were approaching him, and that's why Keith Lamont Scott got out of the car. One witness said that Keith Lamont Scott was unarmed and that he had his arms at his sides when he was shot. The moment when Lyric Scott found out that her father was dead, while she was fb live streaming it, just watch how the cops at the scene just didn't give a crap. They are cold-hearted psychopathic Nazis; one cop murders a man, then the rest of the gangs of the boys in blue square off against the crowd, hoping that they get violent... when somebody should get violent! Against the shooters, and all of his accomplices!

Brentley Vinson needs to be arrested and put in jail, along with those other 3 cops. Arrest them, OR, release the videotape, and establish that trust with the American people that the cops have lost by repeatily assaulting folks for no reason, or raping them, or stealing from them, through civil forfeiture, or outright murdering them.

My guess is that Keith Lamont Scott didn't point a gun at the officers, and the video footage will show a gray area of who did what right, and who did what wrong.

North Carolina, under the Republican Governor Pat McCrory, signed a law that says only a judge can decide to make the video available publicly. Otherwise, a person who appears on, or is heard in the footage can request to view it WITH police consent, but not make personal copies. Meaning that members of the public can only view the videotape in the police station, with police surrounding them, and if the police deny the request, then one would have to petition a judge and get a court order allowing them to view the tape, but still not making copies of it.

The ACLU slams the new NC law as shameful, saying that it's just more obstacles to getting the videotape.

The Mayor of Charlotte is supposed to view the videotapes tomorrow.

Republican Governor Pat McCrory has declared martial law in North Carolina and he's called out the National Guard. Pat McCrory, the Republican Governor of NC supported state legislation which overturned a Charlotte local ordinance that offered protections for gay and transgendered people.

The mere possession of a handgun does not give the police probable cause or reasonable suspicion to detain you for stop and frisk in NC; The mere fact that you have a handgun isn’t enough, because NC is open-carry. Police Chief Kerr Putney's statement doesn't mention any other factors other than Keith Lamont Scott stepped out of his car, then went back into his car, and then came back out of his car with a gun, and then started to approach the police, putting the poor police in imminent danger.

My take... when a shooting is justified, is if a person "pulls" their gun. Open carry & concealed carry states should have very specific laws about holstering their guns. Even with a holstered gun, one only has a moment or two to defend themselves, but that extra moment could be the different between life & death.

Police Chief Kerr Putney said Keith Lamont Scott died at the hospital, but I'm skeptical on that front too. Some witnesses that they didn't even try to resusitate Keith Lamont Scott or give him CPR. I saw an ABC news footage of the EMS medical personnel surrounding Keith Lamont Scott after he had been shot many times, but Keith's body was blurred out, so it's not obvious what they were doing to him. I saw an ambulance, but they didn't get there until 20 minutes later, so I'm not sure what the timeframe that the ABC footage was happening... immediately after? Or 20 minutes later?

There were lots of uniformed personnel there, but I'm not sure who is EMS, who are the cops, who are the undercovers, and maybe there's other "professional" lookie lous there, just eager to watch. And to be frank, really, why are the cops even there? I see cops there with the medical personnel, wearing their dehumanizing sunglasses, standing up, being nosy, not helping, just watching... get out of the way. Let somebody who gives a damn do their damn job. I remember when I had to endure the violent assaults of the LMPD, I also had to endure the taunting and insults of the EMS. One EMS guy, the guy who rode with me in the back of the ambulance, wanted me to try to fix my broken nose myself, and then when we got to the hospital, that same EMS guy was making jokes about me getting my nose broke.

It was all just one big funny joke to those psychopaths. And then they charged me $1,000 for that ambulance drive. And the doctors didn't do crap anyways.

Ultimately, the ambulance people (were any of them doctors?), they were unsuccessful.

Sometimes one excuse the police use for not releasing the video is "out of respect for the family". No way. If that's me, release the videotape, release the damn tape. I won't care... I'll err on the side that I was gunned down over some dumb bullshit, than that I did something. I don't care how mangled my body was, or how bad my brains splattered, release the damn videotape. Let the public decide right & wrong based on all the evidence. Don't sanitize what happened to me like what they did to the Iraq War. Perhaps if we the American people actually see the bloodshed, then we wouldn't be so passive about being in the midst of a 15 year global war on terror & slaughtering 1.5 million Iraqis.

I also like how Lyric Scott, Keith Lamont Scott's daughter, kept on calling that one Black woman police officer "baby stud"... what does that even mean? Baby stud? It sounds like a compliment, not an insult.

Also, let's not forget that all of this comes on the tailend of the deadlocked mistrial of Randall Kerrick. Randall Kerrick got away with murdering Jonathan Ferrell, and even though the trial turned into a deadlocked mistrial, the state failed to retry the case. So... what happened? "One of the witnesses said something they weren't susposed to say, so, ooops... ah well. Let's just let the murderer walk free!"

Don't forget, it took two years before the police dashcam video footage of Jonathan Ferrell's death was released. Two years later. And then after a mistrial, the state just decided to let Randall Kerrick, the hair-triggerman killer go. Just like that.

On the looting, on the burning of trailer truck's goods, on the ATVs driving through Charlotte... none of that is murder. None of it is the taking of innocent life. It's not a revolutionary war; it's not terrorism; it's an uprising against police terrorism. While I don't like the assaults of innocent people, the sabotage against private property, if for the only reason of getting some media attention, of which all 3 major cable networks were covering Charlotte tonight, Nelson Mandela would approve of sabotaging private property.

So, to recap:

Keith Lamont Scott wasn't bothering anybody. Keith Lamont Scott wasn't the target of the outstanding warrant. Keith Lamont Scott is a family man, who was just waiting for his son to get off the bus from school so he could read a book to him. If Brentley Vinson wasn't harassing Keith Scott, none of this would have even happened in the first place.

The only minority in the US that are destroying the lives of all the Americans are the lunatic billionaires... the 400 billionaires exclusive private country club, like Kelcy Warren, the CEO of Transfer Energy Partners, of the Bakken Dakota Access Pipeline.

Also, in relation to the Presidential election, Criminal justice & prison & police reform will only come from Gary & Jill; maybe Hillary, but definitely not Trump; Trump loves the crybaby cops no matter what they do. Hillary has only touched on some criminal justice issues, but on marijuana she's wrong, on the war on drugs she's wrong, and on Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning & Julian Assange she's wrong on too. So is Trump, only worse so.

Criminal justice/prison/police reform are major issues that Amerika needs to address. And since only Gary & Jill are the only ones with the solution to the problems our nation faces, the bloodshed in Charlotte shows the importance of having both Gary & Jill in the debates; Jill & Gary also agree on ending the Wars for Empire & ending the Drugs Wars too... these are major issues, and if the most socialistic candidate & and the most anarcho-capitalist, ie the far left & the far right, agree on major issues, then we definitely know that it's an issue that Amerika needs to address.

Books Read By Anne Frank

2 outta 5 Kyians can't read, according to a 1999 Paul Patton Task Force commission report. “44% of Kentuckians struggle with minimal literacy skills, and 37% of the Kentuckians age 25 and older do not have a high school diploma.” http://www.lrc.ky.gov/lrcpubs/rr296.pdf But hey, Kentucky, don't lose heart. Just look at the good side. If 44% of Kentuckians CAN'T read, then that means that 56% of Kentuckians CAN read, so let's look at the positive side. Here's Wendy, a Kentuckian, from Letcher County, who I met the other day:  Many Kentuckians, especially the backwards, racist, and illiterate, love to fuck up their words as bad as they possibly can. “Taters” isn't only stupid... it's childish. Plus, potatoes aren't that great. Potatoes were responsible for killing off a huge Irish population... sure it's one of the world's main basic food staples, but rice, pork, beef, wheat, sugar, etc., are so much more important, and more d

100 Greatest Works Humanity Has Ever Made

A Great Books Canon “To ignore the leaps and bounds we've advanced in the fields of technology and science is to forever play patty-cake to the cavepeople of yesteryear.” Podcast Explanation for the first few Great Books of the Freedom Skool: http://youtu.be/7jD_v4ji1kU This is the Freedom Skool's 2015 list of the 100 Greatest Works Humanity Has Ever Made in the order of most important to least. Books are too limiting in their scope for what ideas can cloud the brain, and folks from all over the world, yesterday, today, men, women, atheist, spiritual, white, black, straight, gay, transvestite, have all helped in the collaboration in the making of this list. Out of the great pool of ideas, the best ideas should prevail. Thus, the 100 greatest works ever are nothing more than the 100 greatest ideas ever constructed. For all intensive and respectful purposes, consider this my own personal 100 “great books” list. For all kinds of culture, things which please the eyes, su
