The Truth about Michael Brown Jr. of Ferguson, Missouri

On Tuesday, August 26, 2014, we find out more information about Darren Wilson's 1^st degree manslaughter of Michael Brown (Ferguson, Missouri). CNN's Don Lemon reports that Darren Wilson shot 10 or 11 times at Michael Brown. Of the audio-only evidence we have, we hear only gunshots outside the house, and there's 6 or 7 gunshots, and then there's a brief 3 or 4 second pause, and then there's 4 more gunshots, and of those 10 or 11 shots, 2 of them were headshots. http://www.cnn.com/2014/08/26/us/michael-brown-ferguson-shooting/index.html

This corroborates with Dorian Johnson's version of events of August 9, 2014.

Darren Wilson had to be high on PCP, or Crystal Meth, or something, during the Ferguson, Missouri incident of August 9, 2014. Was any blood samples taken at the scene? Or any sobriety tests? If Darren Wilson wasn't drunk or on PCP, then why drive, and talk, and murder the way he did?

Fascist Nazi Thug Darren Wilson, a cold-blooded killer, saw two young men walking across the street, and Darren Wilson, like the Superman hero figure he is, rolled down his window, and told Dorian Johnson and Darren Wilson, to “Get the fuck out of the street, and get the fuck on the sidewalk [you punk ass bitches (implied)]!!!” as he creepily and slowly drives past them, like the great wonderful powerful man Darren Wilson is. The officer drove away, but when he heard one of the young men say something, Darren Wilson put his car into reverse, and came back to the boys, “What'd you [niggers (implied)] say to me? Do you know who the fuck I am? Do you have any idea who you're messing with? I'm an Amerikan cop! I can murder you like a dog, and lie about it, and nobody will ever believe a word of what you say.”

Brian Johnson used to run animals over in the middle of the road on purpose, and he'd backup, just to run over it again, to make sure it was completely dead.

Darren Wilson was sitting in the driver's seat of his thug mobile, and he backed up, blocking Big Mike and Dorian Johnson from being able to peacefully cross the street without incident. Darren Wilson, a white supremacist wanting to show some “punk ass bitch ass uppity niggers” a lesson, attempted to exit his car. Seeing that Darren Wilson was now going to use violence, against, at the very worse, “jaywalkers”, Mike Mike pushes the car door shut, preventing the most likely drunk Darren Wilson from getting out. Drunk Fascist Nazi Darren Wilson was now even more pissed. Darren Wilson grabs ahold of Mike Brown's arm, and pulls him inside the car, and starts grabbing at Michael Brown's neck, perhaps trying to put him into a chokehold, or maybe, trying to rip his throat out.

Tiffany Mitchell told News 4 she saw a door close on a police car. Darren Johnson was inside and Michael Brown Jr. was on the outside. She said the two were arm wrestling through the car window. Mitchell said she then tried to pull out her phone to record. Shots then rang out.

“It just didn’t look right for them to be arm wrestling,” Mitchell said. “The first gun shot came from the window, so I just started getting out of the way.”

Tiffany Mitchell was picking up coworker Piaget Crenshaw for their jobs when she saw Brown and the officer “tussling through the window.”

Tiffany Mitchell and Piaget Crenshaw said Michael Brown appeared to be trying to pry himself from Darren Wilson's grasp.

Michael Brown had his hand on the police cruiser, trying to push himself away, Tiffany Mitchell said.

Darren Wilson pulls out his gun, and threatens “I'm going to kill you”. Michael Brown started to taunt Darren Wilson, saying he wouldn't shoot him, and then makes a move, trying to knock the gun away from his hands, to prevent from being murdered in cold blood, for no apparent reason. That's when Darren Wilson pulled the trigger, and a single bullet shot out, perhaps hitting Michael Brown. Once Darren Wilson had started firing, and had successfully shot Michael Brown once, Mike Mike and Dorian Johnson took off running as fast as they could, to get away from this trigger-happy gangbanging thug.

“After the shot, the kid just breaks away,” says Tiffany Mitchell.

Michael Brady told CNN's Anderson Cooper on Wednesday that Wilson fired at Brown after the teen ran about 20–35 feet.

Darren Wilson finally is able to get out of his car, and pursues Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson.

“[Darren Wilson] follows him, kept shooting, and [Mike Brown Jr.]’s body jerked as if he was hit,” said Tiffany Mitchell. According to the audio recording of the shooting, we know that Darren Wilson, after finally exiting his vehicle, shoots 6 or 7 shots at Michael Brown, and then there's a brief 3 or 4 second pause, and then there's 4 more gunshots. From all those shots, Michael Brown is hit 6 times, several times in the arm, and 2 shots in the head.

Tiffany Mitchell said, “Michael Brown's body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turned around, and he put his hands up.” … “After his body jerked he turns around, puts his hands up, and the cop continues to walk up on him and continues to shoot until he goes all the way down” … “to the ground, and his face just smacked the concrete.”

After Darren Wilson fired the first set of 6 or 7 rounds, seconds later, Michael Brady saw Michael Brown doubled over, cradling one arm, and beginning to fall forward. Michael Brown took a step or two towards the officer but did not charge him, Michael Brady said.

Michael Brown, after being shot several times, knew that he was a goner for sure, and so he did what I did when I finally found out the men in baseball hats and flannel jackets who were jumping me were actually undercover LMPD: he put his hands up, and surrendered. Also, just like with the LMPD and me, submission meant violence and bloodshed.

Michael Brown, 19 years old, while already shot in the arm, turned around, and had his hands held up. The audio proves there's a 3 to 4 second delay, meaning that Darren Wilson saw the unarmed Michael Brown, with his hands raised up, and still proceeded to gun Michael Brown down like a rabid dog in the street.

The first round of gunbursts shoots 6 or 7 times, and the second time, 4 times. In the second round of gunbursts, Darren Wilson, the Oppressor, fatally killed Michael Brown. The final shot was right in the middle of the forehead.

In Mike Brown's body, there was 6 bulletholes, 2 in the head, and 4 in the arm, all from the front.

“I saw the officer proceeding after my friend, Big Mike, with his gun drawn, and he fired a second shot, and that struck my friend, Big Mike,” Johnson said. “And at that time, he turned around with his hands up, beginning to tell the officer that he was unarmed and to tell him to stop shooting. But at that time, the officer was firing several more shots into my friend, and he hit the ground and died.”

If only Michael Brown understood that Darren Wilson was his Massuh, and just did as he was commanded to do, then this wouldn't have happened.

Earlier Monday, an autopsy conducted for the family of Brown found no evidence that he struggled with Wilson before his death, according to the pathologist in charge of the examination. Dr. Michael Baden said no signs of a struggle were revealed in his autopsy of Brown's body, conducted after an official examination by the St. Louis County medical examiner's office.

Just like with the LMPD and me, the Michael Brown situation began with some asshole cops going around being dickheads to everybody, criminal murderer Darren Wilson, a white male, wearing a blue uniform with a badge on it (like how Mitt Romney used to impersonate police officers and harassing people for fun), whose driving through Michael Brown's projects, shouts at Michael Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson, “Get the fuck out of the street, and get the fuck on the sidewalk, you punk ass bitch!” as he slowly drives past them, like a man about to pull a driveby.

Both Michael Brown and Dorian Johnson were one minute away from their destination. Michael Brown was walking to his grandmother's house, which shouldn't have been a lethal walking route to take. Perhaps Michael Brown should have scaling buildings like Spiderman, or travel through the sewers like TMNT, then he wouldn't have crossed paths with a raving rapid trigger-happy Nazi. I'm not sure what the residents of Ferguson will have to do now.

That's how cops in Missouri “protect and serve”. That's how cops in Amerikkka protect and serve. They never go after Chase Bank, Nokia, or War Criminals, nor the wealthy, the politicians, or powerful; but 2 young Black men walking down the street, not bothering anybody, not hurting anybody, not doing anything, except for walking, casually, with a bit of a strut. That's what the police in Amerika spend all of their time and money on, because walking down the street is illegal in Amerika, punishable by execution, like a rabid dog in the middle of the street. Whose streets? The Nazi's streets.

For every Democracy in the world to work as it should, the “Rule of Law” has to be applied to everybody. We can't just pass laws saying the poor can't steal and murder; the laws have to say that everybody shouldn't steal and murder. IF we lived in a functional democracy, which we don't. But Darren Wilson stole and murdered Michael “Mike Mike” Brown's life. If the “Rule of Law” truly applied in America, then the police officers would face charges, and there would be a trial for them. But there is no “Rule of Law” in Amerika, because Amerika isn't a true democracy. It's a fascist totalitarian police state, and they monopolize all of the violence. The point to the Occupy movement was to show the public that “public” spaces really aren't that. All public spaces is the government's property, per the fascist reactionaries reactions, and the murder of Michael Brown by criminal Darren Wilson.

Some folks will say that Michael Brown is a “thug” criminal since he robbed those Swisher Sweets many hours ago. But Darren Wilson didn't know that. Darren Wilson wasn't chasing down a person he suspected of committing a crime. Darren Wilson was being a shitty dickhead asshole fascist, just for fuck's sake. Just because he could Just because Darren Wilson knows, that as a cop in Amerika, he's allowed to do anything and everything he wants to do—lie, cheat, steal, murder, use violence, do drugs, beat his wife—and will receive no consequences for his behavior, whatsoever. What's worse than the rebellion? The thing that started the rebellion. Darren Wilson, hates Black people, hates citizens, which he views as “subjects”, as those whose beneath him, whose inferior, second class citizens, and on that day, Darren Wilson saw a perfect storm for his crime: 2 Black male subjects were walking on a part of the pavement of the street that he was sure to eventually drive over. Sure it was in their neighborhood. Sure it was by their house. Sure it was miles away from where Darren Wilson's house is. The neighborhood was completely peaceful, birds chirping, on a casual and mildly sunny mid-Summer's day, and that's when the racist trigger-happy murder'n son of a bitch oppressor Darren Wilson decided to lynch a nigger.

What does it take for a criminal piece-of-shit fascist to explode into violence? Not much. 50 years ago, it would have took a Black person looking straight at a cop to get him lynched. Or a white woman complaining that he whistled at her. Michael Brown's real crime was that he didn't submit immediately to a dickhead piece of shit fascist. Darren Wilson wanted Michael Brown to be his slave. He ordered Michael Brown to stand on the sidewalk, like a bitch ass slave. “Do as I say boy!” What's a person supposed to do, when a criminally corrupt trigger-happy psychopath fascist is in town, especially when they operate under the protective umbrella of the all powerful Leviathan, which allows violence against their own citizens (see Gaza) with impunity?

The truth is, there is nothing that Michael Brown could have done that day, that wouldn't have landed him up dead. Perhaps if Michael Brown would have just did as the white male Oppressor told him to do, then perhaps he would still be alive. Maybe not. The LMPD, several months before giving me $28,000 in medical bills, for doing nothing, except walking down the street, one block from my house (yeah, they jumped me in my own backyard), to go to the store, had crossed my path once before. I didn't have a car for many months in Louisville, and was biking everywhere I went. The LMPD fucks with the poor because they assume they don't have lawyers, and can get away with their crimes.

I was riding my bicycle through downtown Louisville, right next to Central Park on 4^th Street, and I was sitting on my bicycle, just sitting on it while it was stationary, on the corner of the sidewalk, not blocking anybody, just minding my own business, and taking in the scenary; also to get some breath. While I was sitting on my bicycle, an LMPD asshole from out of nowhere comes charging towards me on a motorized Segway, riping up the sidewalk, and yelling, and creating a huge commotion, “Get the fuck out of the sidewalk! NOW!” At first, I was confused, but assuming the LMPD weren't fascist assholes just being dicks for no reason whatsoever, I assume there was a terrorist attack, or some lone gunman in the streets, and we all as public were in danger. We weren't. At least, others weren't. But I was.

After just a moment, I immediately pedaled my bicycle away from him, and that put me into the middle of the street. Then he shouts at me to “get the fuck out of the street!” Wtf? What a fucking prick! I complied, and that wasn't good enough. Obedience never generates respect. Obedience generates disrespect. From a man-to-man perspective, that piece of shit asshole needs his ass beat. Hard. Or perhaps he should be Michael Brown'd. That would be poetic justice. Michael Brown wasn't going around being a dick to others (at least to Darren Wilson at that moment), but this LMPD dickwad was. I fuck'n hate assholes. If he would have asked me to move because there was a peaceful procession/march on it's way, I would have been more than happy to slightly wheel my bicycle 2 more feet backwards into the grass, and let other folks through. I care about other people. I would have just backed up on my own. I guess LMPD has to justify their Nazi existence someway. But it was unnecessary, and he about started a riot. The LMPD douche bag didn't want to exhaust all peaceful measures to get his desired wishes. Instead, the LMPD went for immediate fascist violence. If I would have told that fascist defiantly what I felt was right, such as “No. I have a right to sit on my bicycle. I am not breaking no law, so go fuck yourself”, which in a country that values Free Speech, I would be allowed to do, that LMPD white male wouldn't have hesitated to use violence, and perhaps, even murdered me, right there on Central Park's dirt... and for what? Not because I was a criminal. Not because I broke any laws, or did anything wrong to anybody. Just because I didn't immediately submit to fascist Nazi dickhole who was yelling at me, which was completely unnecessary; he about started a riot that day. I would have been murdered, not because I was a bad person; because the LMPD is. The LMPD are oppressor molester fascist piece-of-shits, who go around, beating up folks, starting trouble, just for fuck's sake. Sure, “gangbangers” and “white trash” go around fucking with people the same way, but the LMPD do it systematically. The government fascist thugs are institutionalized. They fight, they kill, and they get to throw those they just victimized in prison, to get raped, and beat up and tortured and victimized some more, and they do this routinely. Being a man in modern day Amerika, I have to look over my back for the gangbangers and white trash who might try fucking with me AND the police. The police is just one more gang of dickwads that's trying to take me down, exploit me, manipulate me, enslave me, rob me, humiliate me for their male friends, or murder me. They are just one more gang I have to look out for in this class warfare society. Grant County Kentucky's jail many years ago lost millions of dollars in a lawsuit where the sadistic Jailer allowed his rapist inmates to go to town on an 18 year old, gang raping him. What was the reason he was in jail? Minor traffic violation. Hitler loved America's native American Holocaust of 100 million people, because it was “assymetrical warfare”. It's so much easier to fight and beat up those with less than yourself. Cops have greater instances of domestic violence, mental illness, drug use, and are more prone to violence than the average person. Being a police officer is a hard job, but unfortunately, they're putting dumbfuck trigger-happy fascist Nazi dickholes in the good people's positions, and they are ruining this nation. Most cops can't even list the 10 Amendments, and probably haven't even read the Constitution before.

That's exactly what the Nazis in Ferguson did, and I know it, because that's what the Nazis in Amerika do all over the globe.

The whole experience with the LMPD was embarassing, humiliating, and it did nothing to help anybody. That Nazi just loved his sadism. I went to my home, a few blocks from UofL, on 4^th Street, and made a youtube video about it.

The LMPD doesn't protect or serve anybody. I never call the police for any reason. The cops do not solve problems. They create them. I was robbed twice, two home invasions, in the few years I was in Louisville, and when I called the police, while they seemed “friendly”, in that they took down the report, it never felt like they truly cared about the situation. It felt like it was more likely for them to start fucking with me, instead of catching those who robbed me. By calling the police, I risked violence and death on myself, and, of course, they never even questioned those who robbed me, even though I gave them plenty of evidence and leads to go on. But even if I had video footage of the ordeal, I still doubt they would give a shit. Their purpose isn't to protect and serve the public. Their purpose is to the oppresser arm of the government; cops are the King's men, not the people's.

 Any wrong words, or wrong tone of voice, and, actually, sometimes even submission, which means you're the cop's bitch now, and obedience doesn't ever generate respect, could have been reasons for the fascist dickhole Darren Wilson to put hatred and violence on Michael Brown. And of course, hypocritically, Darren Wilson is allowed to use a shitty tone of voice, all the wrong words, talk to people like they're stupid nobody slaves, and if they do not comply with his orders, then he's allowed to get out, and gun them down. Michael Brown did not die for any crime he committed. Michael Brown died because reacted normally to how real men would react to any fascist psychopaths, starting shit for no apparent fucking reason. Darren Wilson's aim is death to all those he oppressed, and since their aim is death to all those they oppress anyways, Darren Wilson, like the murdering psychopathic fascist menace to society that he is, escalated the situation to beyond anybody's control, and typically, a fight would break out, say if this argument happened at a bar, but because Darren Wilson is wearing a uniform and a silver badge over his left breast, and because he hangs out with other gangbanging murderers, whose into oppression and sadism, that's why Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, is dead. How and what Darren Wilson did and behaved on August 9, 2014 is typical of the Amerikan culture that permeates throughout this entire country. If there were good cops, they'd protest the bad ones, like Tyler Brockman in Boone County, who murdered 19 year old Samantha Ramsey this year. The Kentucky State Police didn't want to charge a fellow blood-drenched Blue gang member, nor did they want to cover-up Boone County's homocidal maniac, so they made up some bullshit paperwork technicality, saying they don't investigate or take cases that are reported to them 5 days after the fact. Really? That's a thing? Where's that in KRS? I bet it's not there.

None of the cops in Boone County, or any public official, has filed any charges, or an incident report of any kind. Jaywalking gets you murdered, but murder gets you... nothing? Freedom? Wtf is wrong with this country? This is normal? I blame everybody in Boone County for Samantha Ramsey's death. All of Boone County's government officials: the Magistrates, the Surveyers, the Coroners, the Judge-Executives, the Mayor, the City Councilmen, the Public Valuation Administrators, Constables, Circuit Court Judges ($1 million job), District Judges, Jailers, etc, plus the general public, for being too stupid about civics, and for accepting this bullshit. Boone County Jailers, Constables, and the Sheriff all have arrest authority. They can all arrest Tyler Brockman. But they won't. Because they aren't operating from some moral core. The public officials of Boone County are all in compliance with the cover-up of the crime of Tyler Brockman. Truth and Justice!?! Those assholes don't give a fuck. What they do is legal and fine and just, and what others do is always wrong. That's not a police force. That's a gang.

Michael Brown's crime was just existing, and crossing the same paths as a piece-of-shit psychopathic sadistic murderer. Darren Wilson had to slow down and let pedestrians cross the street. In many cities all across the world, there's no traffic laws, because it forces folks to communicate with one another, instead of trying to memorize ,and understanding a bunch of rules and regulations. Darren Wilson (Ferguson), like Tyler Brockman, Joel Casse, Aaron Browning, Stephen Roach (Cincinnati: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cincinnati_riots_of_2001 ), and many others, will most likely get away with their crimes, no charges or incident reports will be filed, and no public jury trial will happen for them, even though there's plenty of probably cause for the Grand Jury to indict them, and then to proceed with the Final Jury Trial. Our system is so fucked up. Cops and Judges do not want you to fight your charges in court, just say you're guilty, even if you're not going to just take your fine, and move along, but for them, they aren't even accused? Even if Darren Wilson doesn't get the justice he deserves, he should be fired because the police have to testify in court to the crimes they allegedly say they witnessed. He shouldn't be allowed to a police officer anymore. We see exactly what Darren Wilson, and how he behaves in petty, or even, non-issue, situations.

Community policing says that cops are supposed to be like Andy Griffith in Mayberry, and go around, talking to citizens, showing a presence, solving people's problems with words, and win-win solutions, and to not to go around harassing people just for fuck's sake.

The only good cops in Amerika are the ones who base their actions and behavior on some type of morality, and can protest a bad cop, when one rears his reptilian head.

19 year old Michael Brown Jr. was unarmed. He didn't have a gun. He didn't have a knife or brass knuckles, or an automobile. He didn't have Swisher Sweets. He had nothing on him. Michael Brown was walking to his grandmother's house with his friend. That's it. It doesn't take but a few seconds to cross a street. If Darren Wilson had the patience of an average man, one who has a soul, who has humanity, who doesn't have a low regard for human life, then Michael Brown would still be alive today.
